Went in to get an oil change and had to call ahead because my vehicle takes a specific type of oil that has previously been out of stock at other Valvoline locations. When I called to inquire about the specific type of oil, I was helped out by Roderick who let me know that they had just enough left of the oil I needed and would hold it for me until I got there. Roderick greeted me when I arrived and ensured I had everything I needed! All of the technicians helping out were extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well, so I really appreciated the customer service & overall attention to detail. I will definitely be returning to this location!!

Along with that they check everything important on a vehicle and make sure you’re all set. I have been coming here for 2 years now and everytime it’s simple and easy. Also valvoline offers discounts online so take advantage of that!
- AGAbby GuildaDec 22, 20255.0Amazing shop! The store manager, Roderick, was fantastic and very informative. I went in for a car inspection, and it was only $18.50! They also fixed up some stuff that other shops had messed up, checked my fluids, and filled my tires. My battery was not secured properly from another place, so they secured it for me. Also, I had recently gotten an oil change at Take 5, and apparently they had left loose oil sitting around my oil filter. Roderick showed it to me and fixed that too! I'll be coming here for my oil changes from now on, and I'm never going back to Take 5! When I left, the entire staff said "Goodbye!" Very friendly. Thanks everybody!!!
