  Went to Valvoline for a simple oil change and was greeted by the friendly staff. The manager Roderick took care of everything and made the transaction very easy. He even reminded me of any coupons I might have to make sure I get any savings. 10/10 would get an oil change here again.

  haven’t even gotten my oil changed yet and I literally had to make a five star review. Just the greeting alone is so kind. I will literally never go anywhere else I swear. It’s so hard being a girl coming to mechanic shops and getting my oil changed and stuff like that, but here I feel so comfortable and not like they’re making fun of me for anything.

  Always satisfied when visiting this location. When I pull up, the manager, Roderick, introduces himself and the crew members who will be working on my car by name. They are quick and informative without pushing sales. When they finish, they walk around the car and clean up any fingerprints they may have left.

  I went and got a oil change on my car And I ended up needing a transmission flush as well they did great on informing me on my car the prices and why it was needed there a specific employee named Demarcia black made sure I got everything done he is very respectful and hands on I felt very comfortable with him Making sure my car was done correctly !

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about the Valvoline location in Lakewood, especially Rodrick and his incredible team. From start to finish, the experience was genuinely exceptional. I came in for an inspection after I had just had my battery jumped elsewhere and was told I needed to get it cleaned before turning my vehicle off. Rodrick immediately took care of me. He thoroughly cleaned my battery and applied a protective treatment to help prevent future corrosion, going above and beyond what I expected. Rodrick was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I felt confident and taken care of. You can tell he leads his team with excellence—everyone was professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. It’s rare these days to find service like this where people truly care. Whether you live in the Lakewood area or not, this location is absolutely worth the drive. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Rodrick and his team to everyone I know. Thank you for such outstanding service. Experiences like this truly stand out.
