The lady in the phone was nice and gave me a coupon for an oil change and told me I could go to this location. I got there and was next up. I waited 40 minutes before someone came to my car and when they finally got me in the bay they said the emissions guy didn’t come in today. I specifically called and asked if I could get this done today, I left work early and everything. I always go with valvoline and I’m not coming back until something is made right with that. Total B.S.

You guys offered me a $20 off for my filter but then when I try to apply my $20 off for my oil I get fed bs that I can’t apply it because “the first discount went towards it”. How does that make sense? YALL offered me the AIR FILTER discount. It’s crazy yall rather lose not just my business but everyone else’s who I’ll tell never to go there over a $20 coupon. Besides that everyone was friendly.
