I reminded him that a full front means the mirrors, bumper, hood, and fenders. After about ten minutes of him clicking around, he sent an estimate for a bumper only package. I corrected him again, saying I wanted the full front. Finally, he gave me a “ballpark” estimate for a full front on a 2022 Cadillac. I remained patient and clarified that I have a C8, not a Cadillac. He chuckled, as if he hadn’t just wasted over 30 minutes of my time. He also seemed unsure about warranty details, scheduling or pricing. At one point, when I asked about pricing, his response was, “Definitely over $8,000 but probably below $10,000.” It was clear he had little to no experience with PPF or had proper training.
