  Would leave 0 stars if I could. We had a reservation for a 2:00 PM pickup on Sunday, and when we arrived right at 2, the location was completely closed. We even saw someone inside, but they refused to open the door. Our only option was to rebook through DFW and pay inflated airline rates. Absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER use this rental company again.

  Do yourself the favor and trust the reviews. The service at this location is not up to SIXT's standard, and unfortunately, I learned the hard way that the many negative reviews are there for a reason. I've had such exceptional experiences with SIXT in other cities when I travel that after more than a decade of being Enterprise-exclusive for all of my rental car needs, I started shopping SIXT first. I booked a 2 week rental for a Standard Elite large SUV weeks in advance with this location. Storage capacity was critical since I'm renting it for an art-buying roadtrip. When I arrived they didn't have one of the Standard Elite SUVs (GMC Acadia, Toyota Highlander, Honda Pilot, etc), so they offered me a smaller SUV with a similar number of seats and tried to convince me it's the same class of vehicle I paid for. I told them it wouldn't work so they mentioned they have a larger SUV available for an upcharge. This, combined with less than stellar customer service when I entered, made me opt to leave empty handed. The fact that this was a 2 week rental, not a 1 or 2 day rental, makes it much worse. Call me old fashioned, but good business etiquette would be to either: 1) call the customer a day in advance to advise them the vehicle they're expecting isn't available and check if alternatives would be okay; 2) provide the slightly larger vehicle available for the same price; 3) offer to see if a nearby location (eg, DFW) has the correct vehicle available. Or don't, and lose customers for good. Personally, I hope this branch will work to improve since in general SIXT is a great conpany to rent from, and DFW is one the largest metro areas in the U.S.

  Exceptional services, to go in and have smiling faces great you. Manager who was prompt and made sure that i was happy with services and didn't feel pressure to do an upgrade. Went over and beyond to check to see if i was happy with my options for rental. I ended up upgrading and upgraded to a car with less than 500 miles on it. Clean and still had the brand new car smell. Thank you Manager DJ and team for the services today.

  BY FAR HANDS DOWN BEST PLACE IVE EVER RENTED BEFORE. IM LITERALLY A REPEAT CUSTOMER ON A MONTHLY BASIS AND I WOULDNT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I do see some negative comments which IM aware everyone’s entitled to their own opinion. So I’m sharing mine not as a paid spokesperson or AI generated source. My visits have always been pleasant with everyone from associates upto general manager of store. As stated above I’m there quite often and seeing it’s close to home I prefer this location. To be quite frank even if I stayed elsewhere I would still visit this location because of the exceptional customer service displayed but each individual associate. Work place always clean, vehicle is always prepped and ready like honestly what more could you ask for!!! Best place to rent a car from in DFW HANDS DOWN AND I STAND ON EVERY WORD STATED ABOVE!!! When you have a manager that’s willing to help, shows a lot about their character and the morals displayed as a representative of Sixt. Keep up the excellent work 😁

  The worst customer service I reserved bmw x1 got there they said they have it 10 minutes later they said they don’t have . They switched 3 card and made wait an hour
