  My husband and I bought a 2026 Subaru at the conclusion of a test drive. Quinn, our sales person, is a delightful young man. There were no high sales pressures tactics. Everything was straightforward. We chose Sewell because they consistently give the best service in the industry. Our 5-star experience is very much in keeping with Sewell's stellar brand reputation.

  I honestly wish there were more stars to select. I had the most wonderful shopping and leasing experience with Mr. Paul Harvey Harding at this location, and I cannot rave enough. Professional... explained everything at my level... patient with my questions... and just so friendly. TEN STARS.

  My experience with the service team was the most exceptional customer service experience I’ve had with my Subaru. Advisor, Jon Siegel was very professional, personable, and transparent with options to service my Outback. Kevin Nguyen was thorough and efficient on my car’s full inspection and found the DCM was the culprit for draining my battery and serviced free of charge as it’s covered under warranty by Subaru. I will always do business with Sewell because of the relationships and service they consistently deliver. Thank you service team!

  I bought my 2015 Subaru Legacy from here back in August 2025. I Worked with Nathan and Jack and they were fantastic to work with. No pressure to make a decision and helped me the entire way! When I did the test drive, the touch screen stopped responding. So when I went home after buying the car, they gave me a rental for the week. I was able to pick my car up a week later. Then 1.5 weeks after that the shutterflap broke on the car. I called a different dealership in Mckinney since I lived much further north then Dallas and the other dealership said I didn't have any warranty on the car and I did. I fought with that dealership and finally decided to call Sewell in Dallas. They went above and beyond. The people from Dallas drove to my job, gave me a rental and took my car to Dallas to fix it (45 minute drive!) They then worked with me to drop my car back off with me (at work) and we swapped the rental car out! My experience with Nathan, Jack and the service team (I don't remember the ladies name) at Sewell in Dallas was phenomenal. If I didn't move out of state, I would have continued to take my car to them even with the drive to get my maintenance done. I have yet to find a dealership where I moved to that meets the same expectations. Bravo and keep up the great work!
