The poor experience came from just trying to pick my car up from being serviced. I let them know when i woukd be there. I arrived at that time, paid and still it took an hour just to pick up my car. I know things dont always go according to plan but my god.

He goes above and beyond for me every single time I come in. I have needed a lot of work done on my crosstrek and he thoroughly explains every step of the process. He is understanding and extremely helpful. He communicates well and has never made me feel like he’s just trying to get money out of me. He genuinely just wants to help. Adolfo is a rare breed and I’m so grateful for all his help throughout the years. He’s the reason I keep coming back.

His communication was great, he handled everything in a timely manner, and we felt like he was honest and trustworthy. Buying a car can be very intimidating, at least for us, and Jack really settled our nerves. I’m glad our first car buying experience went so well and it was all thanks to him. 100% recommend and would be happy to return one day.
