My "Sewel" Experience:
Virtually unresponsive. First two emails to Sales Management ignored. 3rd referred and responded. Provided the desired build. Responded with the highest price due to packing lots of extras AND, of course, "Sewell" specific services, maintenance, etc. that have 0 value given I am no longer local.
Apparently, Sewell or their sales team were unwilling to remove as the salesman failed to respond. Bought elsewhere. Sewell can provide all the TV testimonials they want and these will always be the most positive, compelling as a means to differentiate. Fact is, there is no difference in the car and from my experience, a lesser experience or one that requires the customer to pay more for less.
I’ve worked with David Keilson at Sewell Lexus for over 10 years, and he is the only car salesman I trust.

Gary Wiley Jr. is the best salesman in any area of sales I’ve ever dealt with. I told him what I wanted, the price point I needed to be at, and he simply said “let me work” and work he did. Seamless transaction and he even delivered the car to me personally in the Houston area. This is our third or fourth car from Sewell and we will remain Sewell for life because of people like Gary.

I had an outstanding experience at Sewell Lexus of Dallas while purchasing my new Lexus RX 350h. I previously owned a 2015 RX 350, and I had been shopping for a new Lexus for some time with some of local dealers. A couple of weeks ago, while in Dallas for some work, I noticed Sewell Lexus and stopped by just to check availability for my preferred configuration. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer care from the moment I walked in.
I was connected with their sales representative Shayne Neal, who made the entire process smooth, transparent, and truly customer-focused. His manager, Brian Arnold, was very transparent and quick in taking decisions, making it a true win-win.
