After communicating with the salesman and informing him that I would be there at a certain time I went to test drive a used vehicle, I stood outside for 20 minutes and inspected the vehicle which had not been cleaned for showing. After completing my inspection of this first vehicle I had to go inside to seek assistance.There was a salesman standing at the entrance all of that time and never came out to offer any assistance. After waiting around for the salesman to be located that I had contacted earlier, I was informed by him that the vehicle was no longer available because it did not meet Sewell inspection which is odd because it was listed on Sewell's website for sale.
I was offered to look at and test drive a second vehicle.
After the test drive, I was informed that the vehicle needed to go through Sewell's inspection, which I found disappointing because it was also listed on Sewell's website for sale.
I received a call later from the salesman stating that this vehicle is no longer available and it's going to the auction. As a previous Sewell customers this is not the Sewell experience that I received beforehand and this is not the customer service excellence that your commercial advertiser.This has resulted in a loss of trust and confidence in this Sewell dealership.
I would like to be contacted as to why two different vehicles was shown before they were cleaned and ready for showing, Sewell inspected, and ready for purchase that was listed on Sewell's website.
I would like clarity of why I made a appointment, traveled to your location, wasted my time leaving without purchasing a vehicle.

I visited this dealership this morning to potentially purchase a Lexus 350, and the experience was disappointing. Early in the conversation, the salesperson said he felt I was “wasting his time” simply because I mentioned wanting to shop around and get the best price possible which is a completely reasonable expectation for a major purchase.
Pricing was another concern. This dealership is asking $6k more for the same vehicle compared to other Lexus dealers, and even routine service costs are significantly higher. I was quoted $180+ for an oil change, while another Lexus dealer charges around $130 for the same service.
Between the dismissive attitude and the consistently higher pricing, I chose not to move forward. I’ll be sticking with Park Place, where the pricing is more competitive and customers are treated with respect.

Bought a car from them as an out of state buyer. Lots of hidden damages not disclosed. Bad drill holes on doors not disclosed, Vehicle came to me with missing parts. Bad overall experience. Unhappy with condition of vehicle. Tons of scratches on vehicle that were not disclosed AT ALL NOT happy with the condition FORCED to lose thousands of dollars to try to sell it off to someone else. When they offered a buy it back they offered me THOUSANDS of dollars less than what I paid them.. I suggest if you want to buy a car from them to check it out in person because the sales person won’t disclose any damages so they don’t lose the sale. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! AND SAVE YOUR HEADACHE

Gary was my salesman and if I tell you he worked my deal so fast I wanted a 2023 Lexus suv and I sent him suvs I was interested in snd I was driving from Royse city to oak cliff by the time I made it to oak cliff he had a deal ready for me a 2026 brand new Lexus suv and paperwork ready to sign when I got there. I’ve never experienced this buying a car before I always had to sit hours at dealerships for approval.. I been looking for a suv all week at different car lots and nobody offered me a deal good as his deal.. he had good customer service, respectful no lies he’s the best I will always work with him and send people he’s the best .. I was highly satisfied and got me a new Lexus off show room floor for Christmas.. THANK U GARY AND NOT TO MENTION THEY WERE CLOSED HE STOOD OUTSIDE AND SHOWED ME EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CAR AND SET IT UP FOR ME !! Never in life have I experienced such great customer support when purchasing a car .. I give him pass 10 stars he deserves 20 more
