BUYER BEWARE. GET READY TO BEND OVER!! TYPICAL SCAM DEALER. You see a car your excited, they tell you its gone thru their collision center and they check everything. However they provide carfax ok. Well im told the previous owner had a little paint work. Ya...no..after a day I noticed the bumper didn't line up. I took it back. They were telling me they know as much as the car fax. Well clearly there was an accident. I told them I wanted a different car. Of course you know they panicked. So I got the basic its in your head or what can we do to make this right? I told them have collision correct what apparently their supposed to find before it goes to the lot. (BTW This Sewell has no Honda dealership so good luck on actual repairs). So the answer was collision removed the bumper and remounted. I understand a 10year old car, but that is simply sales saving a sale. The 1 thing I wanted was a guarantee that if the bumper had issues of this issue down the road they would fix it. I got the run around for 3 days. Bodyshops guarantee their work, its said their a Brand that can't stand behind their product. ***Spoke to the GM once then he never returned my vm along with 2 other managers*****(A GM though-at least-again stand behindyour BRAND)SO...IM UPSIDE DOWN, REFINANCING BECAUSE OF COURSE I JUST GOT EXCITED WAS TOLD OH PRE OWNED CARS HAVE HIGHER RATES EVEN WITH PERFECT CREDIT. AND IN THE END THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME A SMALL IN WRITING GUARANTEE FOR A BUMPER.

I normally don't write reviews but Sewell Lexus is the go to place if you are looking to get one, based on my experience. The sales people are very nice. Avery was the guy who was helping me out and he's very friendly and nice. He also got me a good deal as I never give up negotiating. My son also liked the place and was able to look at different cars with ease. I got a certified pre-owned one which looked like brand new with new car smell and all. I drove my car for a week and I'm very happy about what I got.
I will definitely visit the same place again when needed.

I have to say that Sewell Lexus of Dallas is one of the most professional and efficient dealerships that I have been to. I bought my very first car from Maury Erby and he was/is the BEST!!! I went to another dealership in Dallas before meeting Maury and they could not find me my car with my specifications that I wanted. But the day I walked in, Maury made it possible! He kept me in the loop about the status of my car. Made my whole first car buying experience one that I will NEVER forget! Jordan was amazing as well!
