  life savers! I had just bought my is350 and at 300 miles some kids at my apartment building threw a rock at my carrr! it ended up scratching the paint so I automatically took it over to the fw collision center but they were charging me an arm and a leg - mind you this was not in my budget for the month of December! I saw the reviews here, compared prices and went for it! Kevin Ireland took care of me and made sure that my car will look how it was from when I first bought it - brand new! I am such a perfectionist and was so worried about my car because repairs never do look the same as before anything happens to them but their work does! they even had the Lexus manufacturer come over and get the paint right, it legit looks like it never happened. Highly recommend this place for your Lexus needs! They take care of you and understand all your concerns, thank you to Mr. Kevin, Mr. Frank, and the folk that actually worked on my car<3 *the picture below is an after shot - not saying what or where it was bc you can not tell anything happened to her while she sittin pretty:P

  Had an amazing experience at this center. They repaired my Lexus TX 350 sooner than expected and it looks brand new. HUGE thank you to Michelle who worked diligently and around the clock for us to get my car back in time for the holidays. Everything here was exceptional, including the Lexus trained mechanics to ensure all the sensors and Lexus owned parts are good as new. Thank you Sewell Lexus Collision Center!

  If you have a Lexus that has damage this is the only place to go. Being a Lexus certified collision specialist means a lot more than just having a sign hanging on the wall. Not easy to get by any means, very high standards imposed from Japan as I witnessed firsthand. I was hit stopped at a light in my 7 day old GX550 with 117 miles on it. Bad damage to the passenger rear. Never thought it would be fixed to my satisfaction as I have had other cars damaged, fixed at other shops and they never seem to repair them back to factory fresh condition. You can always tell it was painted, see gaps in panels, trim, etc. requiring return visits and endless frustration that is only fixed by selling and buying another vehicle. Not in this case. The repairs were made flawlessly. Not only did they fix all the cosmetic issues; they looked at everything behind the scenes for damage and addressed all of it including the rear A/C unit, interior trim pieces, etc. Very thorough. Customer service is excellent, thank you Tori. You were awesome in dealing with insurance, getting all the approvals, and taking all the work off of me once I dropped the vehicle off. I also want to thank those that performed the work. You are true masters of your craft. Fit and finish, paint work, mechanical, all flawless.

  Extremely Disappointed with the Collision Team – will not come to Haggar way sewell collision for Repair Again I’ve always had great experiences with Sewell in the past. I purchased both an NX and an ES from them and had trusted them with my vehicles. Unfortunately, this time was a complete disappointment. I sent my ES in for repairs and was shocked by the quote – the labor cost was higher than the cost of the parts. I decided to take my car elsewhere for repairs. However, the worst part is that some of my vehicle’s parts were trashed without my approval. When I called to ask about them, I was told they’d be placed in the trunk. I followed up again only to be told they had already been discarded – again, without any notice or permission. These are parts I paid for, and they had no right to dispose of them without consulting me. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and has completely ruined my trust in the brand. Because of this, I will never buy a Lexus again, and I strongly advise others not to trust this location for repairs, especially with the collision team. They may throw away your property without your consent.
