I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the willingness of Josh Sellers & his Team to resolve my Denali's A.C. issue, while my husband & I were traveling in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
We live in Austin, but were in DFW for my husband's eye surgery, recovery, & follow up.
Because it was September in Texas and 98*, I was concerned about returning to Austin without A.C.
I called Matt Humphrey with Sewell Land Rover Austin, who personally embodies the Sewell mission and values. Matt immediately contacted Josh Sellers @ Sewell Cadillac of Dallas.
Josh arranged for my car to be picked up in Ft. Worth, left a loaner car for my use, resolved the issue within 2 days, returned my car to Ft. Worth, so we could head back to Austin on the designated day.
Josh and his Team signed a get-well card for my husband. When we returned home to Austin, we had delivered food waiting for us!
Josh and his Team have never met us. To treat us with such kindness and unbelievable customer service went above & beyond our expectations.
We are grateful our lives have been touched by the Sewell family...in Austin and now in Dallas.
