I was in Dallas for a procedure that my father was having and my Yukon had a service code pop up. I purchased this vehicle from Sewell GMC in Midland TX and being out of town I looked up GMC service dealers and Sewell GMC of Dallas came up. They immediately took my vehicle in, they ordered me a Uber to get back to the hospital, they performed the necessary service in a reasonable time and dropped off my vehicle when they were done. Fantastic customer service is the reason why Sewell is my dealership of chose.

Surprised at the service. Had an appt yesterday, showed up on time and no one even spoke to me for half an hour. Returned today, because they said the car was ready. Had to wait 30 min for some service guy to talk to me to tell me nothing and then they couldn’t find my car for another half an hour. I even ran over to the Cadillac dealership where they wash them - no dice. Then is magically appears back at the GMC dealership. Maybe somebody took it for for a joyride? I haven’t had this level of service indifference from them before. Maybe they’ve had trouble hiring good people lately?
