  We had the BEST experience working with Macy! From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, patient, and never once made us feel pressured. Buying a car can be stressful, but she made the entire process smooth and actually enjoyable. She answered every question we had, was transparent about numbers, and truly worked to help us get into the vehicle we wanted.   I went to one of the dealerships and was being sold a car that had been damaged and repaired in two places. after being told it had not had any damages that had to be repaired. They also said they chould not switch to a different dealer to look at their inventory, which is not true. They wanted the same priced for a wrecked and repaired vehicle. I walked away. I ended up purchasing from Sewell GMC although they did not have the diesel I really wanted. The people and service were great however the delivery was very rough. The morning after purchasing the rig, the tire pressure was low so I went in at opening and they wanted a hour and 15 minuted to look at it when the pressure gauge was 20 feet away. They ultimately did it but it was awkward. There were a lot of loose ends from getting two keys to getting the rig new car detailed. Having said all of that, I remain optimistic that things will go well now. Devonski was amazing. I love my Sewell GMC.

  It was a pleasure working with Jock. He was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even after I purchased the vehicle, he remained responsive to my texts, which meant a lot. After bringing my vehicle home, I realized a small medallion my grandmother had given me years ago — a Saint Michael the Archangel visor clip — was missing. It has great sentimental value. I reached out to Jock to see if he could check my trade-in, and within just a few hours he let me know he had found it. It may seem small, but it meant so much to me. Everyone I encountered at Sewell was friendly and professional. It was truly a great experience, and I look forward to doing business with Sewell again.

  I want to say our sales associate Adrian was amazing. He is a HUGE asset to Sewell and everyone he works with. Adrian never pressured us, was knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for, made sure the financing was streamlined and it was never a stressful process. We will be buying all our cars from Sewell in the future. I am a customer for life and it is because of Adrian. Our daughter is so excited about her car!!! And I feel great knowing she is in something safe.
