- DDdontrell davisSep 28, 20241.0Not the best experience! I honestly don’t know why I even tried to give them another chance! Customer service is the worst. They try to drain every dime you got. They want to charge 250 for a diagnostics For EVERYTHING after i just paid for diagnostics and they did a multi check point inspection on car .My washer fluid light came on i refilled up but obviously the light is going to stay on until the dealer turns it off. The guy literally said he can’t turn it off until see what the issue is when there is clearly no issue!! Not to mention after paying no one came out to go over anything they did with my car! You guys definitely need to do better especially if yall charging the way yall do! I honestly wish I could give them a 0 stars!!!

I was repeatedly asked to describe the sound and issue. I brought it here because you all are the experts. It’s always a condescending staff member on the team. The newest addition seems to be Katie who attempted to reprimand me when I got frustrated describing the same issue to Paige who seems nice but clueless. Eventually I got connected to Joey who saved the day and redeemed the experience. Top tier service ask for him especially if you miss Alexander the way I do.
