I patronize RaceTrac almost exclusively because of the combination of price & quality of service. Managers and associates often will bring me merchandise from the food store if I have cash in hand at the curb. I tip $ 2 for the extra service. This makes my life much more convenient since I live in a car all day. Kay, the manager, flatly refused to send any associate out despite me politely asking & saying that I had cash in hand. They were not overwhelmed at the cashier desk, and it appeared that there were 3 on staff. What really bothered me was her dismissive tone intended to make me feel entitled to ask such a favor. This particular RaceTrac will no longer receive my business of 1-2 tanks of gas a week. I will continue to be a loyal RaceTrac customer, but they need to get their sense of service together at this store. Lyle Land
