Walk in and they are talking loud complaining about their jobs being rude to customers, not one customer came in there that was greeted or a thank you!! I was going to use a coupon for cigarettes and when I finally get to the counter I hit redeem and it gives you 5 minutes to redeem. I’m 54 years old and she literally asked for my ID wouldn’t except the picture of my drivers license. So by the time I go back to my car and get back in line my coupon is gone. I have no problems showing an ID for age restricted items but when I’m in there 2 days ago nobody asked me for an ID. If it’s not a requirement for each employee using a little common sense on someone that is 54 or allowing the use of a picture but no she did it to be rude and spiteful. Again no greeting just where is your ID very rudely. I went down the street to Murphys and won’t waste my time going in a place where people are treated rudely mind you these people that are interrupting your job gossip session is who provides your paychecks

He held a whole conversation with the person in front of me.. proceeded to then yell to that person as he was walking out the store.. said not one word to me while ringing me up.. and then proceeded to carry on a conversation with his coworker when he came to the counter.
