Not this one but another one where I was accused of not bringing my cup, which i used to to there everyday and get refills.. it was fine I said I'll pay a dollar for another cup but I promised her I brought my cup. I don't lie and try to steal (which was basically what she was accusing me of) and she just ignored me. I have no problems paying, but I will never let anyone accuse me of being a thief! I'd rather just go in and rob a place face to face than be able to sneak around and steal... i just can't do it. But back to this RaceTrac, it was awesome as usual! Employees are always great and friendly except that one time! Lol

It’s not something someone wants to visit on their birthday. Stopped at the gas station on the way home just to grab a quick bite and a drink and use the facilities. I would have to say it was very clean and well kept up and the customer service was superb. I ran into an issue with my credit card and my bank and Nancy and the gentleman upfront working today was very patient with me While I figuring it out. I liked how they were handling the Overall operations of the store employees stocking the floor with merchandise and supplies and the checkout lines move swiftly. My morning Wasn’t to a great start it being my birthday it was delightful to come across great customer service. And Nancy actually made me feel good and smile. Thank you.
