There’s absolutely no reason you can’t wait until 11 or 12:30 to mop and wipe down areas. Ive been in 3 times and every single time I’m walking on wet floors or manuvering around frustrated workers who don’t seem to understand that people are just trying to grab their morning coffee and go.
