- DRDanny RodriguezFeb 2, 20261.0I went here this morning to get a sandwich for my lunch. I got the Roast Beef and Cheddar sub. It was $6.49, at that price point I thought it might be very good. I was wrong the sandwich 5 inches long and I believe it supposed to be 6. It had 1 piece of meat on it, 1 slice of a wilted dried out tomato, and 1 leaf of lettuce and 1 slice of cheese. I got it on wheat, and the bread was hard on the end. It was the worst over price sandwich I ever had. I think 7-Eleven sandwiches are much better. I feel that QT purposely set out to rip people off. I know people will still go there but I just had to say. And while I'm at I am tired of the pumps being out of paper, and I have to walk inside to get my gas receipt. You just can't get good service these days and it all boils down to the managers. They don't care about good customer service anymore.

The restaurant area was not clean, and I observed an employee coughing repeatedly in the food preparation area without covering their mouth. This is a serious food safety concern and completely unacceptable in any establishment serving food. After checking out with a large number of items, the cashier asked if I wanted a bag instead of simply providing one, then appeared confused when I did not immediately respond. When a customer is clearly purchasing multiple items, common sense and basic customer service should apply. This location reflects a broader pattern I have noticed across multiple QT stores: a lack of awareness, training, and courtesy. Convenience stores are supposed to make life easier, not require customers to explain obvious needs. Management needs to address sanitation standards and customer service expectations immediately.
