I’m extremely disappointed with the condition of this location. The entire place feels dirty and unwelcoming from the moment you walk in. The security guard doesn’t seem to take his job seriously—no rounds outside, just standing around flirting with the cashiers while the property goes unchecked. The bathrooms and showers are flat-out disgusting. For a major truck stop, this is unacceptable. The drivers lounge is no better, with old, worn-out, beat-up furniture that hasn’t been replaced in who knows how long. On top of all that, there was a line of more than 14 people waiting for showers because the shower technician was moving at a snail’s pace. COME ON—drivers have schedules to keep and places to be. This kind of delay is beyond frustrating. Pilot needs to step it up. Clean the place, train the staff, and remember that professional drivers rely on you to stay moving. As it stands, this location is failing badly. I wouldn't trust the food here, based on the lack of work ethic.

Today this Pilot was an absolute mess. Over 20 people were waiting for a shower — I was number 16. When I got there, every single shower was dirty, and there was zero cleaning staff anywhere. I went to the counter and politely asked if the showers were working and if anyone was cleaning them. I got a rude answer — “yes, they’re being cleaned” — but that was a lie. Nobody was doing anything until one cashier finally grabbed gloves and started cleaning by himself. People had been waiting over two hours, even those who checked in first. Showers were disgusting, and cleaning didn’t start until way too late. This is completely unacceptable. Zero responsibility, zero professionalism, zero respect for drivers. We rely on these showers after long hours on the road, and this Pilot failed on every level. One of the worst truck stop experiences I’ve had. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Ms.Key pwas the best, helped with the last paid parking spot. Don’t have no where else to go thank god I stop just in time before someone else came to get it. I will definitely come here thanks to her great customer service. Won’t mind coming back to Dallas just because of her great customer services support. Again thank you s.Key

I mean, I know it’s Dallas, but no one gives a damn here! This place is a dump! Got a shower and the shower attendant gave me an attitude when I asked for an extra towel. He brought me a floor mat! I told him this is not a towel! He snicked and went back to get me a crumbled up towel. The shower fan was broken and making noise. It was hot in there. Someone apparently shut the AC vent with a towel! And the shower head was also broken. And the faucet was lose too! Never coming here again. Only reason I came here was because the other Pilot was being remodeled and there was no showers!
