  This rating is for the night fuel/service not the rental department. I have to come here to fuel every night and I am here 7:20-7:45 almost every night to get fuel to start my route. Some night like tonight. I have already talked to 3 ppl about getting fuel in the past hour. And still no one shows up out here to fuel my truck yet, this is absolutely ridiculous how trash the service is from the night crew here. I’m debating if I shouldn’t just drive to Arlington just to fuel before starting work at night because of how bad service is here some nights. The big shop manager dude at night doesn’t seem to give a single F, I’m at my wits end with this place some nights because I get held up and cant start my work until I am fueled. Also the DEF pumps here have been messed up forever and Penske hasn’t fixed them yet, the middle lane handle is completely broken so no Def in that lane now. Penske, do better.

  Repeat renter and small business owner here. I have rented from multiple Penske locations and this is by far the best. I choose to go here even though it is farther away from me than other locations. The folks that work here - Logan, Mallory, Leon - have great customer service skills and helpful attitudes. They always keep their commitments and I can trust them with all of my business needs. Penske should be doing everything they can to reward them for their hard work... they are the reason I choose Penske!

  Nice people, came for a flat and mud flap. Was gone in 45 minutes.
