  Despite Penske bragging about having the newest trucks in the business, I received a dirty, old truck (100,000+ miles) that smelled of fuel in the box. The box floor was absolutely filthy. To top it off, Penske forgot to include the furniture pads we pre-ordered, and I had to drive to a different Home Depot location to get some. Not impressed when comparing to U-Haul.

  Staff was incredible. Super friendly & the lady was doing her absolute best given the circumstances. 7 scheduled pickups, 3 avaliable trucks. Which was not her fault. People didn't return the trucks they rented on time. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because when we rented the truck, everything was fine. We loaded up, drove it to the new place 13 miles away, unloaded it, & when we were getting ready to take it back, the truck wouldn't start. You could hear it trying to turn over, but it just wouldn't start up. Called them up. Spoke to the same lady from the day before. She was super helpful & gave me the roadside number. Roadside said it would take about an hour & a half to get there + time to figure out & fix the issue. I had to go to work, I didn't have time to wait for all of that, so they had the truck towed back to the location I rented from. All-in-all a decent experience. Just unhappy with the truck not starting up.
