    Recommending not renting from this location. You’ve been warned. Also see other reviews. Had confirmation of 12’ box truck for $86 total, but upon showing up at 9am, were told no 12’ box truck available. After unsuccessfully trying to reach Penske customer service for 20 minutes, we were left renting Home Depot cargo van at $175, which required 3 round trips across town, instead of one trip. Later called Penske and were told they tried to reach us, but after we cancelled reservation to rent, nothing they could do. No voicemails left by Penske. How about bringing a 12’ ft box truck to Home Depot location for us that morning, or calling Home Depot and letting them know we should go to another Penske dealer? Making it right would have been Penske or Home Depot refunding us the difference for their screw up.

    WORST NIGHTMARE EVER. DONT USE THEM. THEY OVERCHARGED ME 3 TIMES. MERRY GO ROUND WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CREATED. STILL ON HOLD AND READY TO GET A LAWYER IF THIS ISNT FIXED ASAP.

    One star is being generous. I had a confirmed reservation several days in advance for a cargo van, which is what I specifically needed vs. a larger truck. I got a call the day before saying they didn't have any cargo vans in the D/FW area and there wasn't anything they could do about it. What's the point of allowing reservations and keeping the vans open as an option if you know that you can't honor a confirmed reservation?!? It put me in a bad position and I had to scramble to find another alternative and waste a bunch of time that I really didn't have for this yesterday. I've used Penske several times in the past and they've now lost my business... and hopefully that of anyone reading this. ZERO STARS.
