- BMBrady MooreMar 3, 20211.0One star is being generous. I had a confirmed reservation several days in advance for a cargo van, which is what I specifically needed vs. a larger truck. I got a call the day before saying they didn't have any cargo vans in the D/FW area and there wasn't anything they could do about it. What's the point of allowing reservations and keeping the vans open as an option if you know that you can't honor a confirmed reservation?!? It put me in a bad position and I had to scramble to find another alternative and waste a bunch of time that I really didn't have for this yesterday. I've used Penske several times in the past and they've now lost my business... and hopefully that of anyone reading this. ZERO STARS.
