I can honestly say I felt complete peace and confidence from the moment I arrived here. I know that being aligned with this location is an answered prayer. Jake, in particular, is exceptional. He was kind, patient, reassuring, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to assess everything thoroughly and explain things clearly, without any pressure or condescension. Even while waiting and before fully knowing the issue and resolution, I feel confident that I am in good hands — which says everything about the level of care and trust this team provides. My latest visit was a couple days ago to repair a tire with a nail through it. They took care of it quickly and professionally. I especially enjoyed meeting Jake who got me in right away. He’s a good guy. Took care of several other customers with the same care he showed me.
