John, Jake and the entire crew at the NTB on Inwood Rd. in Dallas were able to plug and patch it for me. NO CHARGE!! It was my lucky day and I’m very grateful to all of them. Thank you NTB!!
- LDLetecia DixonNov 16, 20255.0On 11/7/25 I received exceptional service along with friendly, helpful attitudes from these individuals on duty: 1) store manager Devon B. , 2) district manager Ben C. , and 3) service manager Jonas. What started out as a routine brake service turned in to a full diagnostic test/checks when my dashboard won’t reset (i.e. lights) after requested maintenance was completed correctly. Devon rounded up each person for troubleshooting/feedback and stayed working on my car until I was completely satisfied and it was safe for my daughter and I to travel in. I believe if this was any other branded garage they wouldn’t have put this much effort nor cared enough to assist, exhausting just about every option for hours until full resolution. Thank you for giving me a peace of mind knowing my car was in good hands! Keep on doing what you are doing to make a difference in customer service /auto industry. - VD
