  I just got back home from visiting the city a few days ago, and while I was there my cousin and I came in thinking she just needed a quick tire check, but I’m really glad she stopped by. One of the lights on the dashboard turned on and the technician (Paula) took the time to actually show us what was going on instead of just telling us we needed new tires. She pointed out that the tread was much lower than we realized and even showed us the dry rot starting along the sidewalls. We honestly hadn’t noticed it, and it could’ve turned into a bigger (and more dangerous) issue if my cousin kept driving on them unknowingly. Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to get them changed that day, but we did refill them with air after we left, and she said she’d schedule an appointment for a change some time within the next week somewhere. I’m just grateful Paula walked us through our options, talked about safety, and helped us choose what made the most sense in the moment… If I ever return to the city with a problem with my own vehicle, I’ll definitely be coming back for a fix. I haven’t left an auto shop feeling that relieved in a minute (I’m the extremely anxious type, and that was refreshing). My cousin isn’t the review making type, but your establishment deserves its flowers. Thanks again.

  Nor was amazing and SUPER HELPFUL! As a woman it’s scary out here! But he took great care of us just me and my mom with a frontend alignment and balancing of tires. GREAT SERVICE!

  Went for a tire repair (suspected nail). I made a same day appointment 2 hours in advance on a Sunday, but pretty much everyone was walking in while I was there with minimal wait. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. 1.5 hour later, my tire was repaired and they topped off air in all my other tires for FREE! So nice, I will definitely be back!

  I came to get my tire changed but then Paula told me it only had a nail in it and could just plug it for me. Such a relief. Saved a lot of money on this instead of getting a new tire. Paula is very sweet and told me the entire process of what they were doing! Would recommend to see her whenever you come.

  Great service and quick work. I needed new break pads and a hole plugged in my tire. They explained everything super well and it was very reasonably price. Paula was super helpful and quick!
