    Ordered my tires from Goodyear.com and choose NTB as my installer. There was a slight delay from Goodyear with the delivery but Ms. Paula and team were great with keeping me updated on the status and I was still able to get my tires installed same day. Paula made sure before I departed that I was fully aware about tire alignment, rotation, warranty and repairs. Thank you guys for everything. Will totally recommend.

    Huge shout out to this store! My tire went flat on the freeway and I managed to pull in right before closing time. Noe and his team helped me out right away! Great customer service

    Came in last minute with nails in the 2 rear tires. Paula was great from start to end - she was very honest about the issue, pointed out immediate need vs would be nice. As someone with no experience in this realm, that was comforting. Due to a time crunch, I wasn’t able to get a new set but Paula’s customer service was top notch so I will def be back!

    I came in on a Sunday to get a screw out of my tire. I had made an appointment, but the store was very busy. Paula went out and checked my tire, pulled the short, minor screw out and said I did not want you to wait for that! She thought it was fine and did not puncture the actual tire. Paula saved me at least two hours on my Sunday afternoon. Thank you Paula!
