  I'm disappointed with NTB Dallas because I really like them. But they did a horrible job diagnosing what was wrong with my car. Charged me 400.00 for a sensor I did not need, only to find out the drive train chain was off. This was dangerous and just so misleading. I'm so upset about this. I felt I could trust them.

  Rosa was amazing She helped me with my alignment and made everything super easy and smooth Highly recommend!! And Honestly my day was hectic but Rosa helped me with getting my alignment done with such a calm nice energy

  Great place for tires. I had a tire that was slowly deflating and brought it to the shop in the morning without an appointment. They fixed it within two hours. They didn’t charge me because they said I had waited too long. Nice service.

  Disappointing experience and poor attention to basic workmanship. I had new tires installed at this NTB location this morning and was very disappointed with the quality of their work. There were several issues that simply should not occur at a tire shop. 1. Incorrect tire pressure – When I checked the tire pressure to confirm correctness, I found that two tires were overinflated by about 10%, and the other two were underinflated by a similar amount. Getting the tire pressure correct is one of the most basic and crucial aspects of the job, yet they failed to do so. Proper tire inflation affects safety, handling, and tire longevity, and this kind of oversight is unacceptable. 2. Missing valve stem cap – One of the four valve stem caps was not installed. While a small detail, it reflects sloppy workmanship and a lack of care in completing the job properly. 3. TPMS warning light – The TPMS warning light came on as soon as I left the store, which suggests that the system was either not recalibrated or that the calibration was done incorrectly. My 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L requires the TPMS to be recalibrated after new tires are installed, but I received no confirmation that this was done. To NTB’s credit, when I contacted their customer service hotline to report these issues, the representative who took my call was polite, professional, and genuinely empathetic. However, the company’s proposed resolution—a $50 voucher toward future services at NTB—missed the mark. While I appreciated the gesture, it was somewhat ironic and off-putting to be offered a discount that would require me to return to the very place that caused me to lose confidence in their workmanship. I respectfully declined the offer and expressed that, given this experience, I do not plan to return as a customer. In summary, the performance of this store was well below acceptable standards. Delivering a vehicle with improperly inflated tires and incomplete attention to detail represents a failure in both quality control and customer service. Customers should be able to trust that a tire shop will get the fundamentals right—unfortunately, that was not the case here.
