When we discovered we left it, we went straight back to the airport that night. Bryan was not much help. We submitted a lost and found email, as suggested. We decided to go back the next morning and we spoke to Elmore. Elmore was so helpful and reassured us that he would do all he could and would call us back. About an hour later, Elmore called us back, with the contact person that had the bag. In a high stressful suitation, Elmore was very attentive, calming and very professional. National is lucky to have him.
