Friendly staff and very convenient distance from airport and with emerald club membership. DFW airport ran of the cars but DAL airport still has pretty good cars . Return process is also smooth. Only concern on the last day on the return shuttle services caused delayed and never showed up. Which made us to booked a Uber to get to airport as we had pretty much good amount of luggage along with 3 yr old son.

National has the largest selection of cars. Their cars are always clean and comfortable. I have been renting cars for business and pleasure for the last 23 years and I would never go to another rental car company.

An employee later confirmed that the wallet had been turned in. When the wallet was returned to me, $1,300 in cash was missing, while my ID and cards were still inside. This is the same wallet that was in the possession of staff after the vehicle was returned. I immediately filed a lost & found report and made multiple attempts to contact the branch, management, and corporate for assistance. Despite numerous calls and emails, I have received minimal response and no meaningful resolution. This is not simply a customer service issue. It is a serious concern involving customer property handled by staff. I am proceeding with a police report and requesting that this incident be reviewed by corporate loss prevention. I hope this matter is taken seriously and properly investigated.
