  The rental process was quick and easy and the vehicle was great. Unfortunately, for those returning vehicles to DFW Airport in Dallas, Google Maps gives directions to the main entrance to the car rental facility and not to the car drop off lot. It is then very difficult to find the vehicle drop off location. Car renters should enter DFW into Google Maps and then it is easy to follow the car rental return signs.

  This Dallas airport rental experience has been extremely convenient. They offer a great selection of cars—both large and compact—and the pickup and drop-off process is quick and easy. I especially appreciated the flexibility to extend my rental under a new contract and receive my updated receipt remotely, without needing to return to the rental counter. This was a huge help during unexpected schedule changes. Overall, excellent service and a smooth experience.

  I love National with Executive Check out service (just pick a vehicle), ease of use with App and friendly, professional employees. However, in this case the vehicle options were limited and I ended up with one that had no CarPlay capability, the mirror motor on passenger side was broken, sun visor would not stay in position, and had that distinct residual odor of marijuana smoke. I am sure this is a one off experience and will continue to use National on my trips across the U.S.

  I had a personal ordeal happened to me today at this car rental location. I went into the wrong car aisle and got into the wrong car. Once when I tried to exit the parking lot I was sent back to pick a car from a different aisle (Enterprise Aisle). I then proceeded to go to the correct aisle and got into another car. The car rental location was super busy today. When I tried to leave with the car, I noticed I was missing my wallet. I went into panic mode and tried to retrace my steps as of where could I had left it. After searching the whole car rental building, I remember I left it inside the first car I got into. This is when the location manager Preston Roberts came forward. Preston listened very carefully to me and promised me he would help me. He took the time to download all the surveillance videos from all the cameras and helped me retrace my steps. By looking at video, Preston was able to pin point the car and individual who took that rental today and tracked them down. The renter who was also very kind, agreed to look in the vehicle and noticed my wallet on the passenger seat. This note it to commend Preston Roberts Manager of National Rent a Car Dallas Airport, for going above and beyond to help a person in need. You never hesitated to help and looked very interested in helping me find my wallet. Thank you Preston Roberts. May God return what you did for me today with good fortune and abundance.   Picked up my rental car at the Dallas airport on Thursday 11/6 at 1 pm. Staff were very helpful, made the process so easy. Big Thank You to Preston at the garage car counter. He was courteous and friendly and extremely helpful with my questions about the vehicle. I had to ask him additional questions to familiarize myself with the Nissan rogue and he made it such a pleasant experience. I was nervous to drive from Dallas to Austin and he didn’t know that his friendly and exceptional customer service put me at ease for the drive. I appreciated it so much!
