  I have been a loyal customer of national rental car. I can walk into the parking lots and pick whatever car or suv I like as the member. I have tried various suvs from many makers, it has been a great experience. Also, check in and check out experience has been very smooth and easy with nice customer service.

  I’ve been a loyal customer of National Car Rental for a long time, and they never disappoint. The experience is consistently quick and efficient every single time. I love the convenience of being able to just grab a vehicle and go without any hassle. The staff is always pleasant, and the return process is just as smooth. You’re always greeted with a smile. It’s the great people here that keep me coming back. Highly recommended!

  It was a smooth and easy process to get my rental vehicle. I rented a car for five days to Colorado, and my experience with National was excellent. The staff helped me choose the right vehicle for my trip to the mountains. I explained what I needed and what I preferred, and they not only met my expectations but exceeded them by providing a vehicle that was even better and perfectly suited for my trip. Thank you so much for what you do and excellent you put to it!

  I’ve been using National for well over 2 years now. I’d never go to another car rental company. It’s always a good balance of choice, limited interpersonal contact, and excellent customer service (especially when you need it). Although my rental was dirty inside (it took 4 Clorox Clean-Up wipes to clean the steering wheel from caked-on cosmestics), they were willing to pay for one of my rental days, which was much appreciated. I’ve had similar experiences, even when using rentals for work. I appreciate their concern to keep my business and to do what’s right for the customer, which feels mostly lost in the travel industry now. Will most definitely stay loyal to National Rental Car.

  This review is specifically regarding my recent experience with National Car Rental at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). Normally, I would provide entirely positive feedback. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer experiences I have had in quite some time. Both payments were canceled without any prior explanation. In each case, clarification was only provided after the cancellation occurred. This lack of communication is unacceptable. Placing unexpected holds on funds during the Christmas season is especially harmful, when financial access is critical for families and obligations. The issue was not about selection I received exactly what I wanted and needed. The failure was entirely in the process, the timing, and the communication. This experience caused unnecessary stress at an already demanding time of year and should be addressed to prevent it from happening to other customers.
