  Wife called me in a panic after taking our kiddoes to the Dallas World Aquarium because she thought she accidentally paid twice for parking using Apple Pay. Supposedly thought, neither of her Apple Payments went through and she then got a ticket for $102. We're now trying to get that resolved through Better Business Bureau but they're blaming the payment operator. Don't park here under any circumstances, you'll think you paid $10.45 to park but in reality they're going to come after you for $102

  Prime real-estate wasted for a parking lot. We could have shops, restaurants, housing, but we choose this absolute horror.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. YOU CANT REACH THEM! It’s insane! Somehow I ended up with three parkers on my account when I ONLY have two cars! It took my parking bill from $240 to $400…somehow?! There’s no reaching these people! If I could never deal with this company that would be great, but I don’t have a choice, they are the only garage company my apartment complex uses. I’m telling you, they are absolutely impossible to reach. HORRIBLE company, not to mention their gates and machines for parking is always always malfunctioning or broken. Just ridiculous. What a joke of a company.
