  This was my second vehicle purchase from this dealership, and overall I had a positive experience. Nathan and Q were excellent, friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. They truly went above and beyond to get me to numbers I was comfortable with, especially on the trade-in after another dealership wouldn’t move off a low offer. Carter was also helpful in working through the deal structure and getting the pricing to a place that worked for me. Tony made the financing paperwork process smooth and straightforward. The only area that could have been better was a communication gap around interest rates. I was advised that one of the banks I already use (and previously financed through) would offer a higher rate than the bank recommended by the dealership. After contacting my bank about a week later, I learned they could actually beat the rate I was given by 2%, which led me to refinance shortly after purchase. While the experience overall was still positive, this did take away slightly from what was otherwise a great process. Because of the strong sales team, vehicle selection, and customer service, I would still rate this dealership 4 out of 5 stars.

  Quintin was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish!!! He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and truly made the entire car-buying experience smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of our questions, didn’t make us feel rushed, and made sure we felt confident and excited about our purchase. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, ask for Quintin — you won’t be disappointed!

  Get to final sales and they add several thousands dollars to the price of car for what they call "the black package" which is tinting windows and painting rims black. You can see all their cars have the black wheels...this is where they make their $$. It doesn't cost 5k to tint windows and paint factory wheels. These guys are scam artists and crooks beware people and check that paperwork before you sign i promise it will be considerably higher than listed price. That is not good business.

  I had a great experience working with Sydney Jones. She was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to, which made the whole car buying process feel so comfortable. She took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I really appreciated her professionalism and genuine personality. Highly recommend asking for Sydney if you’re looking for a smooth and positive experience!
