  Nathan was my sales associate. I went in on a random Wednesday because I got a call that my car was essentially totaled due to the amount of money required to fix it. The sales experience was great and I bought a car on the spot which I did not expect to do. Their prices are much better than the prices at dealerships, as well as the selection they have. Highly recommend!

  I previously left a positive review based on my initial interaction, but after completing the purchase and learning more, I need to update it to reflect my actual experience. I purchased a 2024 BMW 530i and later discovered several serious issues that were not disclosed. The dealer promised me a lower interest rate if I paid an additional $500, which led me to decline my own credit union’s offer, but the rate I received was actually higher — something I only learned after the fact. BMW later informed me that the car had safety-related problems, including disabled driver assistance features and tire damage. None of this was mentioned before the sale. When I shared BMW’s findings, the dealership said they would “assist with repairs” but only in-house and would not put in writing what they would cover. They also refused to pay for repairs at a certified BMW dealership. Given the lack of transparency already shown, I did not feel comfortable trusting that the repairs would be handled correctly. I also later noticed that the vehicle price charged on my contract was several thousand dollars higher than the advertised price, and the trade-in value was added back into the sale price. Again, none of this was clearly explained. My initial experience seemed pleasant, but the overall process turned out to be misleading and stressful. I would encourage anyone considering this dealership to review all documents carefully and verify everything before signing.

  Definitely hands down one of the best used car dealerships out there. We were shopping around and dealing with either very pushy or “I don’t have time” type of salesmen until Samantha at Go Luxury Auto. I would say when I first came into the dealership there was a long wait even with an appointment but everything else made up for it. Samantha was very sweet, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient during the whole process. Mike from finance was also great! He got us the best deal he could get for us. If you want quality vehicles with even better customer service Go Luxury Auto is the place to take your business.
