  Gerber did an awesome job fixing (and ultimately replacing) the bumper on my Tesla Model S. I would encourage any other Tesla owners to bring their vehicles here if the Tesla Collision Center is unavailable. The people here know how to work with and operate Tesla’s. However do be advised due to COVID and shipping delays there are *lengthy* delays on parts for the foreseeable future, my wait for parts was about 2 months!! But I met others who had been waiting 3+! (Granted I have an older S so that probably contributed to the wait. Newer vehicles should have more inventory locally.)

  Dealing with insurance and adjusters is never an easy process and I give it three stars for their willingness to work with me but I also give it three stars for their I guess lack of personability

  Excellent service. Took my car in to get repaired and got completed sooner than expected. Vehicle was clean and could hardly notice any damages were done after the accident. Friendly staff provided the rental car; Complete satisfaction. If i get into another accident, I would definitely come here again.
