  Although not knowing that a credit card is required for dropping off at a different location is ultimately my responsibility, I did not see this clearly stated in the fine print. What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of basic consideration and customer care I experienced once I arrived. I had just been dropped off by an Uber, I was clearly not from the area, and I live nearly three hours away — which is why I needed to return the vehicle to a different location. Despite explaining this, no one offered assistance, alternatives, or even expressed concern that I was essentially left stranded. What made the situation more uncomfortable was standing there for several minutes while the representative engaged in an unrelated conversation with coworkers. I waited, assuming he would let me know when the transaction was complete. I eventually had to interrupt just to ask if I was “good to go,” to which I received a dry, “Oh yeah, you’re good.” At no point was I asked if there was anything else they could do to help. There was no effort to assist — only a blunt statement that I needed a credit card, followed by dismissal. While policies are policies, customer service and basic courtesy should still apply. This experience left me feeling disregarded, and it is not what I would expect from a company of this caliber.

  Terrible location. Booked a rental for a large SUV (Yukon, Wagonner, etc) and when I showed up they didn’t have the class I reserved. Tried to give me a dodge durango which is no where near what I requested. I’m National executive elite, so you’d think they’d take care of their most frequent customers. Sad. Terrible customer service…no apology, nothing.

  Would like to give five stars to this Enterprise branch. I have had previous experiences with car rental offices, and this location has truly been wonderful. A big part of that is thanks to the excellent guidance and outstanding customer service provided by Francisco. Francisco is bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English, which is extremely important in a car rental office that serves many international travelers from different countries. If English is not your first language, I highly recommend asking for Francisco. He is a great person, very professional, knows the business very well, and truly understands how to treat customers. I am very grateful to this office for all the support provided.
