  The manager needs Customer Service remedial courses. Not very good as a leader to his employees or as a liaison to enterprise customers.

  Poor Management! Nice employees. The branch manager has customer service skills equivalent to a child. Tried calling four times in the morning immediately put on hold and then the call was hung up without even talking to a rep. Needed a ride from the airport about a mile and a half away. After I arrived, I was told they do not have the pick up truck which I reserved and that I could have one of two SUVs instead. When I complained about not having the correct car and them not taking the phone, the manager got defensive and told me he wouldn’t rent me the car.

  Paid for a mid-size sedan and received an economy compact car. I was able to switch to a mid-size sedan a few days later, but the car did not have a full tank of gas and required an oil change. I also had to jump through multiple hoops and drive to multiple Enterprise locations to receive the car I paid for. 1 star for false advertising and poor customer service.

  Charged $309 with no clear explanation. Spent 26 minutes on the phone, then Francisco threatened to call the police if I didn’t return the car in 2 hours. Terrible communication, unprofessional, and still haven’t gotten my deposit back. Would give 0 stars If I could. Do not rent here

A special shoutout goes to Carlos, who was nothing short of amazing throughout my entire rental process. He took care of my needs immediately, without hesitation, and kept exceptional follow-up every step of the way. Even with all the red tape and slowdowns from Progressive Insurance, Carlos ensured everything moved forward smoothly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied, and that kind of service deserves recognition. If you’re looking for efficiency, professionalism, and genuine customer care, look no further. The Inwood Enterprise team sets the bar high — extremely high — and they’ve earned my business for life.
