After 6 min it takes you off hold and prompts to leave a vm. Make them test drive the vehicles before you rent. Using Turo from now on lesson learned.

They had to bring it from another location, THEN wash it. We are a corporate account and book vehicles from this location all the time. This is totally unacceptable. And it happens too many times. Another customer was there having the exact same issue while I was waiting. The staff are very courteous and nice, but something has to change with the way they do business. My wait time was almost an hour.
- MJMardee JessopOct 28, 20255.0The staff was so kind in the store and then we we had a problem with our schedule and we needed to go directly to the airport instead of bringing the car back to the store, customer service kindly helped us make it happen without extra charge. When we arrived at the airport I was expecting issues over it but it was completely smooth, no questions or judgements about why the car was there and we even arrived late because we didn’t know where we were bringing the car back and they directly us quickly to our bus and the driver immediately said not to worry and huddled us to our drop off spot to catch our flight in time. Great experience under stressful circumstances. I rented from another company a few weeks ago because there weren’t cars available but I will never do that again- Enterprise or nothing!

However, the car I was given was making noises immediately pulling off of the lot and was not what I (or the manufacturer of the car) considered to be a standard SUV. However the employees informed me that enterprise goes by their own class system. Strange. There were also no other SUVS available for a trade not even 30 minutes after I initially came in. Enterprise please do better so you are not constantly putting your employees in situations out of their control.
