I was unable to get my rental basically because I didn’t have a CREDIT CARD? or a TICKETED RETURN TRAVEL ITINERARY? Keep in mind according to their website, this and dfw are the ONLY LOCATIONS doing “One Way Rentals” and the only ones that even have rental cars ACCORDING TO THE WEBSITE Keep in mind I have a Bank of America debit card, I have more then enough to cover the 1 day rental, the 400-500 deposit, all the little extra stuff they always recommend, and enough to return it with a full tank. Hell I was willing to give them a $1,000 deposit if they would have just took my debit card This really makes me not want to ever come back to enterprise because this is ridiculous… imagine NOT HAVING CREDIT CARDS BECAUSE YOU WOULD RATHER PAY FOR STUFF KNOWING YOU ACTUALLY HAVE THE MONEY?

I called twice before my reservation and got completely different answers from two employees. I was told my issue would be escalated and that management would call me back, but that never happened. I ended up having to cancel and rent elsewhere. The staff answering the phones here don’t seem equipped to handle customer questions. Other Enterprise locations have been great, but this one definitely misses the mark.
