  Have rented cars here year after year and the service here is always top tier. I accidentally ordered from the wrong Enterprise last time I was in Dallas and they didn't even flinch before starting to fix it up for me. Great personalities from everyone working here and professional attitude. Will keep coming back here for as long as they keep up whatever the owners/management are doing right!

  Refused my paid rental because my driver license was cracked. Not to mention I rent a car very frequently and is in the system. Thanks for ruining my trip

  Repeat customer. Check in and return were seamless. Updates in technology made the reserving process, pickup and return quicker and easier. All personnel were well trained and courteous.

  They gave me a running car, without a key. Drove 1.5 hrs before noticing, had to drive back and switch cars. 3+ hrs of wasted time, no discount, no extra points, no nothing. I've been a customer for a long time, very disappointed.
