I checked in ahead of time so no lines. The first car smelled faintly like smoke so the rep pointed me to another car which was clean. She handed me a card and said enter this address into your GPS when you return the car. When I went to do that three days later, that’s when I noticed that the address had been crossed out with a sharpie. It also said N Garage Drive on the card but only S Garage drive was on my Google map or Waze GPS. I hoped for the best, got there fine and then mentioned it to the crew at drop-off. They said people mention this concern all the time and the crew sends the message up to their supervisors. Just fix the card. Don’t hand me a card with an address that’s crossed out. Otherwise a seamless and transparent experience.

I had an outstanding experience at the Enterprise location at DFW. From the moment I arrived, the service was smooth, fast, and genuinely welcoming. I especially want to recognize Drew, who went above and beyond in every way.
Drew made the entire rental process incredibly easy. He was professional, patient, and detail-oriented, making sure I understood every part of the rental and had exactly what I needed. His level of customer care is rare — he checked on my preferences, double-confirmed the vehicle condition, and made sure I left the lot feeling confident and taken care of.
It’s not often you get service that stands out like this, and Drew absolutely deserves the recognition. Because of him, I’ll be choosing Enterprise at DFW every time I travel through Dallas. Highly recommend this location and especially Drew for anyone wanting exceptional customer service.

Karen was awesome helping me pick out a car and getting me connected on Waze app before I left!! Thank you for going the extra mile and helping me to get on the road! Love that she went the extra mile and had such a great attitude!!! After I wrote this I realized I lost my wallet....
I cannot praise the team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at DFW enough! Karen was incredibly patient and helpful from the start. I needed a car with Apple CarPlay so I could see my maps, and she went above and beyond — we tried multiple vehicles until we found the right one. Her kindness and determination were truly appreciated as written above!
Just as I was about to check out, I realized I didn’t have my driver’s license. Panic set in as I searched everywhere and couldn’t find my wallet. With Karen on lunch, several team members stepped in to help, but the hero of the day was Ousman, the Branch Manager. He worked tirelessly — reviewing cameras, retracing every vehicle I had been in, and investigating every possible spot. Thanks to his persistence and dedication, he located my wallet. He even sent Karen to retrieve it and get it back to me quickly.
Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine care turned what could have been a travel nightmare into an incredible display of customer service. I had no license, no credit card, and no way to get home — and this team made sure I was taken care of.
Thank you, Karen and Ousman, for going above and beyond. You have my deepest appreciation, and I will absolutely choose Enterprise again because of you!

Quick recap of my experience at the DFW airport. Enterprise, location. Upon arrival, I learned that the Enterprise Reservation wasn’t for the correct, pick up Location. So the young lady manager turned me back and said that I had to make a new reservation as she wasn’t accepting anyone without one.
I proceeded, with calling the one 800 Reservations number, and getting back on the long line. Thankfully the second time, I was assisted by a young male manager that was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He did everything he could and got me in a vehicle and on my way to my hotel.

We had an excellent experience with Enterprise! NATE at the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport location went above and beyond for us when we needed a rental. He quickly pointed out our choice of a few vehicles. After getting into the car , we realized the USB port was not the right size for my phone cable. This was very important to us since we were going to be driving 1500 miles.
NATE said if we needed anything else, let him know, so I did. He checked all of the nearby cars and none of them had the port we needed. He told us to wait a minute and he soon drove up with a car that worked!
After being stranded in Dallas flying from Reno to NJ because of cancelled flights, we decided to drive home. NATE'S attention, care, and professionalism is so greatly appreciated! He was a bright spot in a very difficult and challenging situation. His positive attitude and ability to solve a problem made a huge difference in our day and our long trip!
