I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Car Rental. The whole process was smooth, quick, and professional from start to finish. A special shoutout to Samira for her exceptional service — she was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. She explained everything clearly, helped me find the best option, and made pickup super easy.

After picking up the car (Jeep Wrangler Rubicon) I checked the tire pressure because I was about to use it on a 200+ mile trip and they were all low by at least 6psi. I had to fill all the tires including the spare. Also, one of the tires definitely looked like it had seen better days. I informed the guys when I returned it (afternoon of 01/05) and they were super friendly and helpful. Huge shoutout to Andrew and Matt. Can’t wait to use Enterprise in the future.

Great team. Getting to the rental place from the airport was super easy. The shuttle bus arrived almost instantly. Lines at the rental center were generally long, but Enterprise was quick and efficient. The car was in immaculate condition. Drove smoothly. Had all the bells and whistles. Getting back to the rental center after the vacation took a little bit of effort. There are signs pointing to rental returns but they aren't as noticeable. I was turned around a few times. Once I dropped the vehicle off it was smooth from there.

I had a frustrating experience with this rental car company. When I picked up my vehicle, I was given a card with a QR code that was supposed to direct me to the drop-off location. Three days later, as I was en route to the airport, I followed the QR code to the indicated spot, which was at the front of the rental station. When I approached the front desk to return my keys, the staff member, who seemed more interested in avoiding eye contact than assisting me, told me to take the car upstairs. Confused, I asked for clarification, and she simply handed me another card with a QR code, instructing me to scan it for directions. Her dismissive tone was unhelpful, and when I scanned the new code, it led me to the exact same incorrect location as before. Since the front desk staff was not helpful, I took matters into my own hands and spent 30 minutes driving around DFW trying to locate the actual drop-off area. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that seemed to prioritize convenience over customer service. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a rental company, as they clearly do not care about their customers making their flights on time

Rented a Large SUV and completed the the Ready Pass (skip the counter) just prior to my arrival to DFW. Performed all of these transactions online. I received timely reminders from Enterprise about my rental via text which included options to modify my rental pickup / drop off dates and time. At pickup, I walked directly to the lot because I used the Ready Pass option. I was pleasantly surprised to be offer the exact car I requested by a very cordial attendant. Being a holiday weekend I thought for sure I would have to compromise. Prior to drop off, I received a timely text asking if I needed to modify my return. This was so timely as I had to book a later flight because of a cancelation, which meant I needed to return my rental later than first planned. Drop off was simple. A lot attendant directed me to a place to park where the return attendant quickly checked my return in, told me my final cost and asked how I wished to receive my receipt. All in all, its was the best rental experience of my life.
