I would like to take a moment to recognize the Enterprise Manager for her outstanding support and professionalism. She was incredibly resourceful, kind, and understanding during a stressful situation when I mistakenly took my rental vehicle to the wrong DFW airport. Despite the time sensitivity, she went above and beyond to help both my coworker and me get to the correct Love Field Airport in time for our flights. Her calm demeanor, willingness to help, and strong problem-solving skills made a significant difference, and her actions truly reflect exceptional customer service. I am extremely grateful for her assistance and dedication.

I am a long-time Enterprise customer. When I returned my vehicle, the attendant asked me if I had had an accident with it. I told him “No!”. He preceded to tell there was some damage to the front passenger-side bumper. I went around to see what he meant. I told him that I hadn’t noticed the “damaged” and I don’t believe I would have even recognized it as such! I told him I’m glad I had purchased insurance to cover any damage to that vehicle. But I was really annoyed me that I could have been held responsible for damage that was so hard to even recognize. I thought of all the time and trouble it would caused me to deal with it then as I hurried to catch my plane and even after I got back home. I feel certain that the NEXT unlucky person or persons who rent/rents that car and has/have or have NOT purchased additional coverage will end up having account for it with the return agent and/or have to pay for that SAME damage. This could potentially happen multiple times with the same vehicle. So, I’m now at the point that I would like to have someone from the company to examine the vehicle WITH me, identify and note any damage BEFORE I ever leave the garage with another of your vehicles. Is that service available? I did take a picture and a video of the damage I am supposed to have seen, for your records and for the next unfortunate guy(s) who will probably end up paying for that damage. I’m sending the picture of the damaged area and the license plate. I don’t see an option for a video download.

Overall the rental was a very good experience. Our return was a bit troublesome. We plugged Enterprise return into the GPS without an address, just saying car return for DFW airport. Not knowing the area we followed the direction and the airport seems to have questionable signage that leads you to the RETURN area. We saw two small picture type signs but nothing that said car return this way like at other airports. The directions took us to where we left the garage area when we got the car. We had to drive around for some time until we found signs that did take us to the return area. Since you get to the airport from several directions the signage needs to reflect all ways.

The employees at DFW enterprise were wonderful and very helpful. I would use Enterprise at DFW. Claire was so helpful! My car tire had a slow leak and they sent me to Enterprise on Palace Parkway Grand Prairie to get another car. The guy behind the desk refused to help me. He kept saying because his system does not talk to the DSW software. He told me to drive the car with a bad tire back to DSW enterprise. After some help from DSW he offered to switch out the car. He gave me a dented, scratch car with no gas only to find out later it did not have a current plate. The plate expired over a year ago. He did NOT care. I thought I would discuss this with the manager at Grand Prairie, only to learn he WAS the manager. I would NOT ever recommend using the Grand Prairie enterprise on 401 E Palace pkwy Grand Prairie TX 75050!!!!!!

We typically have a great experience with Enterprise. However, this trip we got a flat tire as we traveled from Waco to Dallas, TX while heading to the airport. It was a nightmare dealing with the Enterprise Roadside Assistance people. We spoke in total with 5 different people (2 of which hung up on us when they were apparently done with the calls - and we were NOT being feisty at all with them, so have no idea why that would happen. They just gave a summary of their report and hung up). We were told notes were made in the system that the next representative & local location personnel said weren't there, we had to repeat our situation/location details numerous (at least 10) times, we were sent to a nearby location & were told to lock up the car along the side of the freeway & give the keys to the local rep when we got our replacement car. They ended up having no cars available to trade us for, AND they wouldn't take the keys for our initial car from us. We were instructed to go back and put the keys in the gas tank area, which seemed like it put us at risk in the event the car was stolen before the tow truck arrived. Had to end up paying for an uber for the 90 minute drive to the airport. Not impressed.
