    Returned the rental after doing three Extensions paid in full every time I did the extension now saying I didn’t pay enough so keep the deposit and also took additional 500 out my account so Enterprise charged be over two thousand to rent a car for a month even told me it was 37 dollars a day to oh it was updated every time you did a extension but sorry nobody called you and told you it was 65 day now don’t trust them will take you for everything they can especially when they see a young adult renting

    This location absolutely sucks. Called them beforehand for an appointment just for me to uber here and then they say nevermind it’s a delay we tried to call you. Now I’m stuck here :) and have to uber somewhere else. I spoke with joy.

    The manage. Ms. Harrington, Freddie and the other young lady, I believe her name is Joy, All displayed great customer service. They were Patient and understanding. I recommend you go to the Polk location if you're in Dallas, Texas. Have a good day.
