Hunter set up my reservation and walked me through everything clearly, including working with a non-standard insurance situation where only 50% was initially covered. He made the process easy and straightforward from the beginning. Karrington, the manager, made sure the insurance policy number stayed properly attached to my rental and handled the extensions caused by weather delays and my car not being ready on time. Everything was handled reasonably, without pressure or unnecessary questions. Joia assisted with transportation to the repair shop when I picked up my vehicle and was professional and kind throughout. There was also another associate who picked me up from the repair shop when I dropped my car off—I didn’t catch his name—but he was respectful, friendly, and professional, even while I was on the phone handling repair details. What really stood out was the overall tone of the experience. No guilt, no impatience, and no DMV-type vibes. The team was young but very professional, calm, and accommodating, and they made the entire process feel easy. I truly appreciate the customer service and professionalism and would absolutely rent from this location (on Polk in Dallas) again.
