- TGTina Griffin6 days ago1.0Terrible customer service! It was na insurance rental and Geico was responsible as their client hit me. They keep charging my credit card over and over. Everyday. Fraudulent charges as it was not my responsibility to pay for it. But typical of Enterprise they harass you over and over but refuse to acknowledge their own faults. They have caused multiple overdraft fees and won’t stop. Please never give them your credit card information unless you’re prepared to pay fraudulent charges.

He was very polite and helpful in this uncertain situation. I will also add his parents should be very proud of him. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this location and Caleb and his team were all amazing

Caleb was patient, straight forward, and treated my elderly father with such care and empathy. He even tried to learn how to say 'hail' in spanish and did quite well. The location is small and in a busy street area, my only suggestion would be for them to attain additional garage space nearby to store other vehicles. Other than that we has an incredible experience here.
