- JMJasmin MendezJan 6, 20261.0Do not trust these people!!! The female employee watched my truck get stolen from this place and didn’t do anything. When asked for a video of my truck getting stolen the manager stated he had no access to it even though a police report was made. The employee kept walking by as the police was there and still didn’t cooperate to give information on the two suspects that took my truck. She literally watched the two individuals drive around multiple times before putting their masks on and taking off with my truck all while she was sitting in a parked vehicle she didn’t call the police nor security and stated she was on the phone with a manager. Vehicle was a 20’ Tahoe Black RST.

Then I waited about 15 mins after they took my ID credit card and everything. And they gave the car to the people infront of me. And told me they can’t help me to come back later. The utter unprofessional. I was literally in a bind needing a car

The booking made by customer service not made and rather than helping me locate an appropriate vehicle he said I should do it myself. All this after being stranded on the side of the road in an Enterprise vehicle that had mechanical issues. Pathetic customer service. This was a far cry from the experience I had at the location I had originally picked up the first rental. Avoid doing business here.

Update: After telling me on the phone this morning (I had to call someone as they weren't able to help me in person since each location is managed separately) that a regional manager would get back to me in <30 minutes or so, I got the below response from Enterprise. The chat told told me that regional managers typically take 3-5 days and wasn't sure why they told me different on the phone. I hope to never again be in a situation where I need to rent from Enterprise in Texas
