Phone customer service was not so great, but every Enterprise employee I talked to in person, including at this location, was excellent - friendly, professional and accommodating. They gave me a bit of a discount for the inconvenience.

We were in a accident someone ran the light and hit us, and we already had a rental, I called enterprise explained what happened and they set up my exchange within MINUITES!! They were so understanding and amazing!!! And caring!!! I got to the location and they knew right away from the look on my face I was having a rough day, they were so sweet and understanding. They helped me right away to get into a new car. I was in and out in 10 min TOPS! Thank you for making a terrible day, a little bit better. Who ever the two men are that worked today at 12pm. They need a raise or promotion!

I was told I could go to another location to rent an SUV. Why did they advertise and reserve a car class that they did not carry? I am disappointed the Bait & Switch tactic is used throughout the Enterprise Car Rental Agency. I had to take a ride-share to get home. They would not reimburse the rideshare fare. I am very upset. I will make further report(s) to the appropriate regulatory authorities & Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Please see the response from the Enterprise Robot: Takes me to this web link. They made sure that a pick-up truck was available for me after being disappointed by multiple other locations who booked a reservation for me, only to not have any pick-up trucks upon my arrival. This will be my go-to location the next time I'm in Dallas!
