First off, staff were great! My issue is with Enterprise and their lack of transparency of the toll service fee and the way they calculate their daily service fee.
Unless you open up the term and conditions hyperlink, you will not see the toll fee on your email contract that you sign. Staff will not inform you as well. On top of that, I used tolls on 4 calendar days. 4 x $4.95 = $19.80. NOPE! They will charge you based on the 24 hour period from your rental pick up resulting in additional days calculated. If you pick up at 4pm and one day you hit a toll at 3pm then again at 5pm, that counts as 2 days. I find that a very slimy way of calculating their daily tolls so they can maximize their fee. Also, toll are charged at the highest rates for rental agencies apparently.
I’m all for paying what’s owed but there should be full transparency. We sign off on damages, gas and mileage, why not toll fees? I would like to see Enterprise revise their contract for full transparency like they do with everything else they have you sign off on.

Rented here due to my car accident. Tried calling but good luck getting a hold of someone. Went in person with an appointment set up by the insurance, but there was no one in the desk, had to go scavenger hunt for someone around the building. Wanted a small car, they only had one car available, which is not bad but I couldn't drive that car. Called to get it replaced but no one picked up, so had to Uber for almost 2 weeks everywhere I went. Returned the car and was billed almost my whole deposit, even though the insurance was supposed to cover it. I could call and complain and get my money back but I doubt I will be able to get anyone in the phone.

I hire cars a lot with enterprise and Lazaire was the perfect example of why I keep returning. Extremely helpful and explained everything clearly. Answered all questions patiently and dropped us back to our hotel. 10/10 service thanks Lazaire!
