  First off, staff were great! My issue is with Enterprise and their lack of transparency of the toll service fee and the way they calculate their daily service fee. Unless you open up the term and conditions hyperlink, you will not see the toll fee on your email contract that you sign. Staff will not inform you as well. On top of that, I used tolls on 4 calendar days. 4 x $4.95 = $19.80. NOPE! They will charge you based on the 24 hour period from your rental pick up resulting in additional days calculated. If you pick up at 4pm and one day you hit a toll at 3pm then again at 5pm, that counts as 2 days. I find that a very slimy way of calculating their daily tolls so they can maximize their fee. Also, toll are charged at the highest rates for rental agencies apparently. I’m all for paying what’s owed but there should be full transparency. We sign off on damages, gas and mileage, why not toll fees? I would like to see Enterprise revise their contract for full transparency like they do with everything else they have you sign off on.

  Rented here due to my car accident. Tried calling but good luck getting a hold of someone. Went in person with an appointment set up by the insurance, but there was no one in the desk, had to go scavenger hunt for someone around the building. Wanted a small car, they only had one car available, which is not bad but I couldn't drive that car. Called to get it replaced but no one picked up, so had to Uber for almost 2 weeks everywhere I went. Returned the car and was billed almost my whole deposit, even though the insurance was supposed to cover it. I could call and complain and get my money back but I doubt I will be able to get anyone in the phone.

  I am an ENTERPRISE PLATINUM+ Member; I rent a lot of vehicles therefore I understand their rental process. This location let me down and I will never reserve from them again! On a recent business trip June 23, 2025; I reserved an SUV (which It had to be an SUV since I was using it for business) I reserved two week in advance in addition I checked in the day before with my Credit card to make sure the branch knew It was a serious reservation and more Importantly to have that class of vehicle an SUV; which neither occurred! I called the branch an hour before my reservation which was 1:00 pm and they had no SUV however offered me mini-VAN! but no SUV. That's not going to work because I needed a Large SUV. I rent a tremendous number of vehicles and whenever I reserve either a high end or an SUV a member from the branch reached out to me a day before to confirm I was still renting and that I still needed that class of vehicle; however, neither of these occurred from this branch. This was a pure example of BAD inventory management; because whoever was in charge of reviewing reservation did not; in turned has lost my trust, my collogues whom I talked with, and not to mention the $3,000 Rental! which ultimately went to another branch who I contacted on KNOX St. in Dallas; which they did have a large SUV and saved the day. Had they not my entire business trip would have been ruined. The REUNION BLVD branch failed to understand my entire business trip was dependent on this vehicle. None the less this a soured me towards Enterprise and in the future will be reserving from a competitor!

  Lazaire was amazing enterprise professional he was able to get me in and out in under 30 minutes once I told him I had to be somewhere. I appreciate the service and attention to detail.
