    After reviewinga lot of their preowned vehicles, have safety risk that they are not Advertising or communicating with Paying customers. The dealership tried to sell us a vehicle that was falsely certified and had a lot of damage. After checking the CARFAX, we were formed, but the dealership did not make us aware of these issues. Not once!!! They would’ve sold us a lemon vehicle, and we would’ve been stuck with it and as previous reviews state they’re a disaster to work with in regards to returns. My family, friends and I will not be making any purchases at this dealership and nor should you

    Huge shoutout to Alex at Clay Cooley — she went above and beyond for me. She was patient, honest, and really made sure I drove off in the right car. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. And Marilyn in finance was just as amazing. She explained everything clearly, worked fast, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you’re going to Clay Cooley, ask for Alex and Marilyn. They’re the best team you could work with.

    I could not be more pleased with Clay Cooley Nissan team! They were all very friendly, not pushy or manipulative, and really knowledgeable about the vehicles & financing. Special shout out to Taylor Paschall, our salesperson, who really went above & beyond for me. He was super helpful and personable. He kept us informed every step of the way. I live about 3.5 hrs from Richardson & forgot a couple items in the car I traded in. Taylor handled it quickly and with no fuss. He had it shipped back to me within days. Recommend this dealership and Taylor Paschall!

    Ok just here to say Larry who works in service should be given a raise! I came in for my first oil change that was for my new car I purchased a few months ago & was charged by another employee(mister Larry was busy during my check out) even tho I had a warranty. I was under impression it was still a discount applied but that wasn’t the case. Guys when I say he called me back & let me know I wasn’t supposed to be charged & I could return after running errands so he could put my money back on my card!!! Not many places have employees of integrity & treat people how they want to be treated! I am truly grateful & good to know there are still honest people out there!
