    Subject: Formal Complaint – Unprofessional Service at Dallas Hyundai Location To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received this morning at your Dallas, Texas location. I arrived at 7:45 AM for a scheduled oil change for my wife’s vehicle. For a simple oil change, receiving the vehicle back at 10:30 AM is excessive—especially given how early I arrived. The delay was not communicated clearly, and the wait time did not reflect the simplicity of the service requested. Additionally, this is the second time I have requested a car wash along with the oil change, and this is the second time the job was done poorly. The vehicle was not properly dried, the interior was not vacuumed or cleaned (despite there being no personal belongings in the way), and to make matters worse, a water bottle that appeared to belong to one of your employees was left inside our vehicle. That level of carelessness is unacceptable and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect basic respect for my time and property. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to reconsider returning to this location or recommending it to others. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed moving forward.

    I've purchased many new and used cars through the years and this was by far my strangest experience. I found a used BMW online that had been sitting on the lot for several months and wanted to check it out. Made an appointment and, after waiting 20 minutes, was able to see and drive the car. I later sat down with the sales manager, asked a few questions and I made a reasonable offer thinking we could find a deal. I even offered to finance the car rather than paying cash to help out the dealer. I was promptly told the car was priced to sell and they'd be better off sending it to auction than discounting the price. Period. No negotiation and no further conversation. Shook my hand and out I go. Complete waste of my time and I won't be looking at this dealership going forward. Good Luck.

    My name is Lourice Collier... I just wanna give a SHOUT OUT to a young man name, BJ Brodris WOW!! When the tow truck and I pulled up to the service depart, I was met with a Big SMILE as if he knew me, I was treated as if I was Family... from that point on I felt like Family and that my truck 🛻 was in good hands (Like Allstate) Lol... He was appropriately dressed, kind and courteous too... As I was explaining my problem, he was attentive and showed his concern for me... I didn't have to ask or try to figure out a way home... He had already arrange a courtesy car. There was no wait time, he kept me informed and updated on the status of my truck!! I CAN'T Bragg enough about this young man as how he made me feel... Thank you Mr. Brodris for the Patience and Kindness that he showed me... God Bless!! He deserves 10 🌟 or the Highest that you allow! Thanks Clay Cooley to All!!

    Me and my wife got a car from this dealership about 3 weeks ago, and the car has so many recalls and its not working how is supposed to. We have reached out to them multiple times and have went up there multiple times and have been turned away with the excuse that they can’t do anything. They made false promises on helping us. They made me get 2 different insurances ($800 lost there) with the promise of helping me get a loaner car while they fix mine but never kept their word. The director Mauro has made multiple promises to help us out but stoped answering after we did what he wanted done . Javier who help us get the car also made us get another insurance after the first 7 days of having the car if not we he said we had to take the car back and lose our down payment . ($2000) the manager also turned us away without any resolution. Just said they aren’t responsible for whats going on with the car (as if today 2/11/26 ) ive had the car for about 2 weeks and half and its only causing me to lose money and time. Do not recommend to do business with them. False promises and unanswered calls and questions. Here are the people that help us and are making this experience a very bad one Mauro Javier Aiden Pre owned manager Take your time and buissnes eleswere not worth the headache

    Me and my husband have finally found car we wanted and at the time we needed it since other car we bought from clay Cooley Nissan , Nissan kicks transmission failed out. We are happy with the professionalism and helping hands all the great team work with sales and financial I appreciate it. Though best of all is Sales Mr Matt/ Matthew got us the right car before we left thinking we ain’t gonna find one. Also Mr Cinco and Bj and Kady on financial help though bank itself are greedy charging high interest to get all the juice out of the people. Also high inflation and bad economic conditions it’s hard for all of us, especially, To repair our Nissan kicks transmission was so costly and out of our budget but thankfully Clay Cooley finance team did their best part and offered good price deal so we chose to repair with them and go no where further, and it was wonderfully done within days, and immediately we can drive again with peace and also with nice reasonable mileage coverage and length of warranty. We are happy to be buying cars from clay Cooley since 2018, purchased 5 cars from already in past, and will continue in future when needed, highly recommending to all friends and families and all people.
