  I took my car into Brakes Plus because I was concerned about a squeaking sound coming from my wheels. The team here was fantastic—they did an inspection and were incredibly transparent with me. They showed me that my pads are still at 80-90% and the rotors are in great shape, so there was no need for a costly replacement. And they did it all for free. It’s refreshing to find a shop that prioritizes honesty over making a quick buck. They explained that while the squeak is annoying, it isn't a safety issue right now, and they told me to bring it back if the noise gets worse. I really appreciate the peace of mind and the professional service. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future maintenance!

  I went in for an oil change and they gave me an honest inspection and stated I needed brake fluid and helped me with a discount!!! Amazing service and honest customer service!! Super great and highly recommend this location!!!!

  Tazz did an excellent job on my car. The service was outstanding from start to finish. I truly appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend their work to anyone looking for quality service!

  This location, the entire staff, the manager, Sir, how can I ever thank you for what happened today?! The relief, feeling I'm safe to drive my car, being able to pay for it and have it done so soon, has changed my life. Thank you, manager Sir , you saved me, you saved my daughter and I wont ever forget you. Update: it was Bri at the desk whom I spoke with. It was Henry who worked on my car, and for Henry, sir, your honesty about my car and all that is wrong, and that yall let me take pics and explained how it got like this, I wont go anywhere else. You guys are absolutely amazing and I'm so grateful, thank you🙏💜

  I had a really great experience at Brakes Plus thanks to Taz and the GM, David. Taz was kind, respectful, and honest from the start. He treated me like I was his daughter, and that made a big difference because car issues can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re not expecting a major expense. What could’ve been a huge bill turned into something more manageable. It wasn’t cheap, but it also wasn’t nearly as bad as it could have been, and they definitely saved me money. They were quick, efficient, and very transparent about everything. David, the GM, was phenomenal. You can tell he genuinely cares, and honestly, that’s all I can ask for. Good customer service goes a long way, and they delivered on both the service and the experience. I’m really glad I didn’t leave to get a second opinion because they were the right fit. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future because of how well I was treated.
