  Came into Brakes plus thinking I needed new brake pads (oil change place said I did). When they took wheels off told me I did not need new pads...appreciated the honesty!! Trish was very polite, helpful and engaging with all the customers.

  Trish was an absolute delight to work with. Got my car done quickly and correctly. She helped make sure I understand what was going on with my car and become knowledgeable about my own vechicle. I feel very informed and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!

  These guys are normally good. I would bring my 18 stelvio here but not after last visit. Brought car in needing oil service and brakes checked. Some guy who looks new worked on it and ended up bringing the car back in worst condition… meaning the oil was too little in it. Then I brought it back and the oil was too much. Didn’t fix the brakes at all. And my car does the next day cause the battery terminal was loosened for some reason and my boyfriend just fixed it and after leaving the shop it was almost falling off the terminal and needed to be tightened. Who ever goes here needs to make sure that new guy doesn’t touch their car. Why would you touch my battery when that is not needed what so ever let alone going in the back of my car. Trish normally takes care of the car and is great but she did not work on it. Be careful and CHECK your cars before you leave the shop. The QC’s at this place are not even at par.

Unlike another shop, they didn’t guess or try to upsell unrelated services—they properly diagnosed the issue. They measured the rotors, clearly explained that they were warped, and walked me through my options. The repair was completed in under an hour, and the vibration is completely gone. What stood out most was their straightforward approach: accurate diagnosis, transparent communication, and no pressure. Exactly how an automotive shop should operate. I’ll absolutely be coming back and would recommend Brake Plus to anyone who values competence and honesty. Thanks for the help!!

  Chris is honest, experienced, and extremely knowledgeable. I genuinely appreciate the transparency and helpfulness of this business. They move quickly and efficiently, and when I was concerned about my car, Chris checked it without pushing a service and gave me an honest assessment. I returned the following day for a state inspection / emissions test. I’ve been to other repair shops where I felt uneasy or that the employees had negative energy, but not here. Here I felt safe, respected, and confident that I was dealing with a trustworthy business. Every employee I spoke to was kind and respectful. Fair prices, honest work, and great service. Highly recommend.
