  My experience here has been amazing every time I’ve gone in. The entire team is professional, honest, and genuinely kind. Colton, who usually works on my car, is awesome and always takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure I feel comfortable and confident in my car. I also had a great experience with Solomon, he’s incredibly helpful and thorough. I never feel rushed or talked down to, and that means a lot. They’ve earned my trust, and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend!

  Sebastian and the entire team at this Brakes plus are amazing! Brought my Tesla here for a check up but once my Audi started having issues and the dealership was charging insane pricing I already knew who to call. The team at brakesplus worked directly with my warranty company and got everything taken care of. They are truly the best!

  Outstanding service! Cesar provided assistance by addressing my concerns. I explained to Cesar that I had recently installed new tires on my wife's Honda Pilot and wanted to ensure that the suspension and alignment were in good condition before she started driving on the new tires. Firestone had advised me to replace the bushings and control arms, which would have cost over $1,000 in repairs. However, Cesar offered to inspect the vehicle with no obligations or charges. Since I was already at the shop, I agreed. After examining the car, Cesar and his manager determined that only an alignment was necessary. This was fantastic news! The service was quick and efficient, and I am extremely grateful for their help. The store has that hometown feel instead of rush rush,next! Thank you, Cesar and Brakes Plus!

  Most of my communication was through Sebastian, with some through Cesar. The customer service was kind and welcoming, which is why I’m giving 2 stars. However, when it came to the actual work, it was a headache. The process was delayed twice from the original timeline. When I asked why, I was told the original diagnosis was incorrect and that the real issue would take longer to fix. The second delay was due to a faulty part they installed that had to be replaced. I went to the shop with two concerns; after $1,500 and a “you’re good,” one of those concerns was still not addressed. When I called about it, they said I had never mentioned a second concern, even though I know I did. I don’t know much about cars, so I was really hoping for—and clearly expressed the need for—a guiding hand. Very nice people, but I will not be recommending this shop moving forward.

He explained the issue with my calipers and pads in a way that was actually easy to understand, no confusing jargon, just clear, honest facts. He presented options transparently, with no pressure whatsoever. You could genuinely tell he wanted what was safest and most cost-effective for me, not just what was easiest for the shop. The work was completed faster than promised, and the quality is flawless. My car hasn't stopped this smoothly or quietly in years! But beyond the technical excellence, it was Caesar's customer service that truly blew me away. He took the time to show me the old parts, walk me through what he did, and even offered some simple maintenance tips for the future. Leaving Brake Plus, I didn't just feel like I'd gotten a repair; I felt like I'd made a trustworthy connection for all my future car needs. Caesar embodies what every service professional should be: knowledgeable, honest, respectful, and genuinely kind. If you need brake or auto service, do not just go anywhere. Ask for Caesar.
