- JBjoseph beiley1 day ago5.0so while exiting I noticed that there was a line hanging down so I mentioned it to one of the managers on duty and he just brushed it off I called Uncle and they said that none of those wires hanging down from the power lines should be brushed off because you don't know if it's liver not if you zoom in on the on the photo you can see the wire hanging from the top now if I'm too far away then you can't see it cuz it's dark but I did call encore they said that they will come out here on her mercy I just don't know how long it's going to take they said that it was urgent I just don't know how urgent

I arrived 10 minutes before closing and the doors were already locked. This has happened multiple times when I’ve come 20–30 minutes before closing, and I’ve been ignored while employees were clearly inside. What made it worse was watching another customer rush in and be allowed inside, while I was left outside knocking with no response. If this store wants to close early, they need to update their hours instead of locking customers out. This is the closest AutoZone to my home, yet it’s unreliable every time I need it late at night. Went to get a refund because i have a receipt and the parts i ordered were actually there, I still took my refund because now I'm annoyed. Complete waste of time and this is supposed to be one of their main "flagship" stores, what a joke. Never going back to any Auto Zone

Saturday morning David and this lady assisted helping me. I paid and he when outside to install it. I truly appreciate that type of customer service when business now days act as if they dont care. Thank you so much I will continue to do business where I feel wanted 😊.
