After work I stopped at this location which, to my surprise, was open, so I went to get some things I needed for my car. The staff kindly attended to me and helped me.

David went the extra mile helping me the other day when I needed a quart of oil in my car. He was very helpful.
I had a mixed experience at AutoZone. When I walked in, I asked one of the managers, Uriah, a simple question and was brushed off. He told me, “I didn’t call on you, go in line,” which honestly didn’t feel right or professional.
Another manager, Marco, who had just gotten back from lunch, stepped in and helped me right away. Marco was respectful, patient, and helped me find my warranty without any issues.
I really appreciated Marco’s help, but the way I was initially treated left a bad impression. Customer service should be consistent, and unfortunately this experience makes me unsure if I’ll be coming back.
I was having issues with my warranty on a starter and Marco went ahead and solved my issue when another autozone went ahead and kept giving me starters that didn’t work he helped me out will be coming back best customer service!!

I want to express my gratitude to AutoZone employee Bryan V. at the 10418 Garland Rd. store location. On Saturday Jan. 31, 2026, Bryan went above and beyond to help me install a car battery after I forgot to bring the correct tools to remove the battery my self from my car. Bryan was a gentleman and very professional dealing with my situation. Bryan is an asset to the AutoZone Brand. Thank you young man for helping me in my situation, especially since it was ice cold outside at this time.
