The gentleman working there Tim, put all my worries to rest. He got me situated with the right sized battery, and had it installed in no time. He even explained to me the process of “calibrating” the new battery to the car. Seems like the customer service here goes above and beyond. Definitely would recommend.

Adam went to get a second opinion and I assume they came to the conclusion they were unable to do the installation...so I purchased the battery and was advised to go across the street and they could install the battery. I needed a charge first and Adam said he would be right back. Well, Adam never returned as we waited 15 minutes for a boost. My daughter had to go and get someone. Oh well that's life. Sometimes you get people that care and sometimes you'll get an Adam.
