    Worst location to go to. I came in and specifically asked for BACK brakes and rotors for my car, the guy gives me everything for the front. Then after having to come back after driving from the auto shop he had the audacity to be mad at me for being upset about it! Never again!

    Waiting over 10 minutes just for someone to check your engine light is not good customer service. Especially when there’s about 5 reps in the store. Continuously taking other clients and answering the phone over that person will get them serviced.

    Went To Get Rotors And Brakes For My 2012 Cadillac CTS. I explained to the guy at the front I needed standard rotors and brakes for the FRONT. He proceeded to give me the heavy duty rotors which were too big and the brakes were for the rear not the front. The workers need to be more informed about the parts. He was also engaging in other conversations while I’m explaining what parts. I have had to return back to AutoZone 4 times to exchange the parts. In which had to pay the difference in the price for smaller rotors because the new store said they were more expensive.
