    My engine light came on while on my way to church. Went to a competitor and their OBD reader was not working. They sent me to Autozone, I'm glad they did. Walking into a business you can pick up on the level of customer service immediately sometimes. My eyebrows went up, I was intrigued. I listened how a CSR was conversing with a customer. As she and another CSR worked thru a rush, they made every customer feel important. Andrew helped me with my concerns, looked up the part I needed until I was completely helped and did not dismiss me like a woman as some other parts stores including Autozone has. Everyone was greeted as they entered the store. The phone was answered and not just left ringing continuously. Everyone was given courteous service, I even watched as Toya took extra time with a gentleman, both struggled with each other's language, but she did not stop that from taking time with him and making him feel he was important. Kris-Toya was finishing up with him as I was leaving and I felt the need to tell her how the customer service level was above par, how I could feel it as I came in the store. I later called to obtain their names to find out that she was the manager. WOW. It explains a lot. Workers are example of leadership. Old school customer service.

    Irvin hernandez is an outstanding employee, he truly knows what he is talking about. He saved me a lot of money and time! Thank you for giving such great customer service. He is very respectful and honest. He took his time in helping me find the right and cheaper solution. Autozone is lucky to have him! I definitely recommend anytime someone goes in! Definitely recommend a raise for that gentleman. 🙌
