    Visited this store on Sunday the customer service is amazing. I needed a new battery and this young man (Joseph G.) offered to help me install it and did a wonderful job 😊

    I just went in to get my engine check light diagnosed. This is a service they offer. When I asked if I could get this done, the woman told me that she was the only one in the store and that I'd have to wait until her somebody came back from break. I told her that I saw the woman outside and she was hanging out with a friend and I asked her how long I would have to wait and she told me not to be rude so I left her name is Miranda and she's got a big chip on her shoulder and doesn't want to do anything. So for you today I give you one star

    I had a very unpleasant experience today at this AutoZone. One of the older ladies working there was extremely disrespectful to me. She assumed I didn’t understand English and made rude and racist comments right in front of me. I understood everything she said. Instead of helping, she treated me with attitude, ignored my questions, and made me feel very uncomfortable. No customer should be treated that way. I came here to get help with my vehicle, not to be insulted. I will not be coming back to this location, and I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training. Respect should be given to every customer, regardless of language or background.
