We were dealing with car battery issues and had a vehicle stuck at an apartment about six minutes away, which made an already stressful situation even harder. Tommy helped us multiple times, lent us tools, and every time we came back he was an absolute pleasure. Even though the store was completely packed with customers, he remained patient, professional, and genuinely kind, never making us feel rushed. He took the time to make sure we had what we needed so we could get the car up and running. Customer service like this is rare these days. Tommy clearly cares about people and his work, and AutoZone is lucky to have him as a sales manager. Highly recommend this location and asking for Tommy if you need help.
