- KKKateSep 22, 20255.0Party was so helpful today. I bought a battery here a year ago and it failed today. She looked it up and swapped it out. No charge of course because it was under warranty. Because my car had a vent covering the batter she said they couldn’t help me replace it. That I would have to take it to a mechanic. I looked up how to replace the battery to see if I could just do it myself and borrow their tools. Patty came out with tools, I removed the air vent, and she got to work getting the battery out! She was amazing. And, aside from the hassle of 2 hours of my day getting my car jumped and then over to Autozone, no charge. I’m so appreciative.
