- DGDalier Gonzalez1 day ago1.0I would like to file a complaint regarding the service I received at an AutoZone store today. I went to purchase some parts and needed a commercial invoice. During the transaction, the store manager told me he could not help me because he needed the account number. I was providing my phone number, which is registered to the account, along with my name, but he still refused to proceed with the sale or the invoice. What made the situation more frustrating was that another employee (an assistant) told me that it was possible to complete the process using the phone number, but the manager still chose not to help me or complete the sale that way. I felt poorly treated and confused, since there seemed to be a way to process the transaction but the manager refused to do so. I would appreciate it if this situation could be reviewed and if the staff could receive guidance to provide more consistent and respectful customer service. Thank you for your attention.
