I felt really bad for them. Anyway, I explained that I recently got work done on my vehicle but the engine light came back on. He gave me this long spiel about how he couldn't check a flashing light for an error code. I went across the street to O'reilly's, they did it and gave me the diagnostic report. A few days later, I needed to buy a new battery. I got a jump that night around 7pm. I called before arriving to see if someone there could install it b/c my battery had no juice and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get back home. My dad told me to use his commercial account. That same man gave me a hard time again. I told him that I came here b/c we had an account and I wasn't going to make a purchase w/o it. He was very dismissive. I was really taken aback by him being ok with me potentially being stranded that late in the parking lot, especially in this area. Luckily my car did start and I was able to buy the battery at O'reilly's.
