I'll give it three star because I want to give him the benefit of the doubt. funny thing I bought an ACDelco battery but didn't drive my truck for a couple of months so my battery drained and died especially because of the cold weather took it in to get it recharged came back a couple of hours later and they told me I had a bad battery the girl hooked up the computer and showed me that the battery was bad it was funny to me because I knew it wasn't a bad battery I took it home put it back in my truck, it didn't even light up any of the lights in my car so they didn't even charge i hooked up some jumper cables jumped it and now my truck is running well which I knew from the beginning I don't have a bad battery. It was very funny to me like watching a comedy movie unfold because I pictured it in my head that it was going to happen this way and it did.

Today, January 14, 2026, I went to this AutoZone because my engine light came on and it was urgent for us to get a diagnosis. We arrived around 9:40 PM, fully aware they close at 10:00 PM, and expected basic customer service. Instead, the employee on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told my husband that we had to do the diagnosis ourselves, handed him the diagnostic tool, and said he wasn’t going to help because they were about to close. The attitude and lack of professionalism were shocking. Never in my life have I gone to an AutoZone and been told to “do it yourself” like this. We have two small children with us and were simply trying to make sure our vehicle was safe to drive. This situation was stressful enough without being treated so poorly. The lack of care and customer service is unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never return to this AutoZone and would not recommend it to anyone.

Worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. What should’ve been a quick purchase turned into a 20-minute ordeal because their system couldn’t even register a simple battery purchase. On top of that, an employee (didn’t catch her name) was rude and condescending, giving us conflicting instructions and talking down to us instead of helping. We were told to go to the back to put our number down, then immediately told by another employee to go back to the front to pay. Completely disorganized, unprofessional, and frustrating. If you need actual help or basic customer service, I don’t recommend coming here.
