The technician who helped me return products, pick out the right ones, helped me install them correctly was Paris Ramirez. Paris was not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also incredibly respectful, patient, and humorous throughout the process of checking my battery, alternator and headlight issues. Gracias, Paris, eres la bestia!
