What should’ve been a quick purchase turned into a 20-minute ordeal because their system couldn’t even register a simple battery purchase. On top of that, an employee (didn’t catch her name) was rude and condescending, giving us conflicting instructions and talking down to us instead of helping. We were told to go to the back to put our number down, then immediately told by another employee to go back to the front to pay. Completely disorganized, unprofessional, and frustrating. If you need actual help or basic customer service, I don’t recommend coming here.

Victoria helped me get a new battery for my car and changed it all in that same day. I was in and out quickly even if it was only two cashier at the moment working.
- VDVerrosStarkiller DestinyNov 11, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would’ve went in for a alternator replacement wanted to do a card over the phone and the Grey shirt manger was argumentative with about it not doing through due to fraud but I told her it was my bank thinking it was fraud so we authorized the charge and it went through I worked for AutoZone not to long ago and I told her it would work then she came back up to the counter after it went through and continued to arise with me and she cases me outside just to tell me not to come back don’t worry won’t be coming back trust me there’s more then just her store to shop at
