    I came into this AutoZone around 9:05 PM yesterday to get help diagnosing my car. There was only one employee working and no other customers in the store. When I asked for assistance, the employee told me he couldn’t help because the “outlet was dark,” which didn’t make sense since it wasn’t dark outside or inside the store. Instead of offering proper help or explaining that he couldn’t do it(simple), he told me I could just plug the diagnostic tool into my car myself. I was confused because I came in specifically for assistance. I don’t know how to do diagnostics, and that’s part of the service AutoZone advertises. I’ve never had an issue at AutoZone before, but this experience felt like the employee simply didn’t want to help. Customer service should include actually assisting customers, especially when they ask politely. I hope management addresses this and ensures employees are willing to do their job.

    I went in to have them put my car on the machine to see why my check engine light is on and I spoke with LeLe as soon as I walked in she had a smile on her face and complimented me on my pajamas (I usually don't wear pj's in public 🤣 long story 🤣) but she was very friendly 🙃 she helped me told me what was wrong what i needed to do how much the parts were ..she went the extra mile 🤗 TEN STARS FOR LELE ⭐️⭐️

    Lele the ASM of store assisted me with installing a new battery with Great customer service and knowledge. She also assisted me with letting me know my fluid were low and helped me put them in. She is a bad mama jamba.

    Mrs. Lele was awesome. And she had great customer service. She assisted me with my battery and was very efficient and knowledgeable. This store has the best workers and customer service that I have experienced. Keep it up guys!
