Even though the process was a bit complicated, they handled it efficiently and professionally. They also went above and beyond by letting me know that my left CV axle was leaking grease. One day my check engine light pops up and after being told at a couple other shops that I would need to get my thermostat replaced, I brought it to Johnny and they let me know I just needed some coolant! As soon as they replaced that, the light was off! (Of course) Honest is the first thing I’m looking for in a world I know nothing about. Glad Johnny and his Team were able to help me out!

I don’t even know where to begin—I have so many great things to say about this shop! I actually found them on TikTok and they responded back to me so fast, which already showed me how much they care about their customers. From the moment I brought my car in, Mr. Gustavo and his son treated me with so much kindness, respect, and honesty. My rear door had been badly damaged in an accident, and they not only fixed it beautifully but made my car look brand new again. You would never even know it had been hit! What really touched me is how they went above and beyond. They fixed one of my beam lights free of charge without me even asking, checked over my entire vehicle to make sure it was safe and drivable, and kept me updated every step of the way. The communication was excellent—I never had to worry or wonder what was happening with my car. As a woman, it can sometimes be intimidating going to repair shops because you don’t always know if you’re being taken advantage of. But here, I felt completely comfortable. They were genuine and honest from start to finish, never trying to upsell me or make up problems just to charge more. Instead, they focused on what needed to be done and did it with skill, care, and integrity. This is a true family-owned business with good-hearted people who genuinely care about their customers. My friend also had work done here and had the same wonderful experience.
