    The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I travel over 130 days per year for work, by far this facility is the worst I have ever run across. After being told they wouldn’t rent me a car due to a small crack in the corner of my drivers license - they offered no help at Midnight despite having status wjth their sister company, National. I ended up taking a $180 uber ride to get to work. Avoid these clowns at all costs!!!

    Went in on Thanksgiving to pick up my car, and the lady up front seemed very nice. Didn’t have any issues with her, and I understood the policy with being a young driver and the fees, etc. She informed me about being limited to the cars I could drive being 21 and showed me the cars I could drive. I told her my situation about whether it was going to be my mother or me who would have driven, so I just wanted to see what cars they did have until my mother had arrived. She then offered to let me go see the cars out in the lot. As I go out and look at the cars I could have driven, I also looked at a few others because she said I could go out and look at all the other cars… I look at one “luxury” vehicle, and another lady comes out with an attitude saying if you didn’t reserve the car, you weren’t able to look at it. Okay?? I’m confused as to why she was rude about it after being told I could look at the vehicles, and nowhere did it say it was reserved. I respectfully told her no, we didn’t, and stood outside for a little. She stood out there until we walked in and walked in right after us…. thought it was kind of weird but ignored it. As I’m waiting for my mother because we weren’t sure who was going to drive, we waited in the lobby until I got a final answer from her. As I told my cousins who were sitting in the lobby as I was looking at the cars, informed me that the lady was pissed and stormed out after she saw we were looking at the “luxury” vehicle, and that’s when she came and told us we weren’t supposed to look at it. I understand I’m under the age of 25 and I’m limited to the cars I can drive, but you didn’t know my situation for you to quickly assume something and think I wasn’t going to be able to drive that car being under her mom. If anything, my mother could have rented out that car and driven it. But the car was small anyways, so it wouldn’t have worked out. As I’m waiting, the lady who had told us we couldn’t look at the luxury vehicle was whispering to her coworker, “I hope she knows she won’t be able to drive that car if it’s under her mom, ” and just kept on saying unnecessary things as if I wasn’t informed about it and didn’t have ANY issue with what car I was going to drive if it were to be under my name. If she had an issue, she could have simply talked to me about it instead of being a messy grown lady chatting to her coworker lol. I was respectful, didn’t have any issues going in, and didn’t have any attitude towards her whatsoever, so I’m confused as to why she was so rude about this whole situation. I ended up renting a car under my name, and from there, everything went smoothly. The lady who was being rude was happy to assist all these other people with respect, but when it came to me, she was rude?? This was my first time renting a car with Alamo, and it was just a weird experience having to deal with someone who had some weird animosity towards me and no respect. This whole situation was so unnecessary and pointless. I’m not sure what her issue was.

    Rented a car at Dallas Love Field Airport. Had to get a shuttle to get to the rental location. The driver was excellent, friendly snd prompt. Once at the location--it was a very short ride-the counter lady that assisted me promptly got me sorted in less than five minutes. The car I received was in excellent condition, clean on the interior and exterior and everything worked, the gas tank was full, and I had zero problems during the rental period. Returning the car was effortless, the shuttle was prompt once again with a kind and efficient driver and I received a five star experience from start to finish. Thus location is managed beautifully, staff seems to enjoy working there and as a customer, I was treated perfectly. I highly recommend this location and for all staff to get a raise and a bonus!

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had a car reservation today, but they said they couldn’t give me the car because their system couldn’t scan my driver’s license. Then I made another reservation under my husband’s name, and they still refused to give us the car, saying they can’t give a car to anyone in the same party. This is complete bullshit. They clearly didn’t have cars available and just kept making excuses, wasting our time and ruining our plans. Very unprofessional and frustrating.
