  I reserved a car a week in advance, landed at the airport after 10 pm, paid for my car and was driving off the lot when the lady at the exit made me turn the car around and return it because I paid with a debit card. No one said I couldn’t pay with a debit card and they had no issue processing the payment. Apparently they only accept credit cards, not real money if you live within 200 miles of the airport. So now I’m stuck after 11pm in Dallas with no way home. Since they never informed me I couldn’t use a debit card ans they literally charged my account and put me in a car, they should have honored it and not left a customer in this situation due to their mistake. I do not live here in Dallas. I just moved away and my drivers lic is still a Texas lic. TERRIBLE way to handle this.

  No long wait at all to pick up car after arriving at airport!!!! Staff was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. During the duration of the rental I received text messages from customer service to support and any questions or concerns. Very engaging and that extra step was nice. Lastly the return process was easy and there was a person on site to assist with directions to the terminal, trash removal from my return etc.

  With the kids and everything else after a long flight and morning, I lost my wallet at the Alamo car rental. I searched everywhere in the newly rented car but could only remember last seeing it at the rental counter.The woman at the counter with long dark hair was kind and patient whenever I asked her about my loss. I got the manager Alec to help me too and he was kind enough to show me the video showing how I had put the wallet back into my back pocket. Just then my wife came running in saying she had found it in the rental’s change drawer! Doh! I am so grateful for everyone at Alamo and their patience and understanding. So very grateful. Thank you all again!

  Excellent and friendly staff with a newer fleet of vehicles. Tyler and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my rental experience. I rent frequently for work, and this location provided some of the best customer service I have experienced. I will definitely rent from them again the next time I am in town.
